Ordered a roof rack fitting kit. Received something completely else. Weight on parcel said 2.5kg which would have been correct for the fitting kit but not for the small bungee cords I actually received. First time I called was on hold for 30 mins before giving up. Hadn't received a response to my email by midday the following day so called again. After 60 minutes on hold was given the option of a call whilst still retaining my place. Only reason why I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is the customer service lady I spoke to was very apologetic and helpful. I am now going out of my way to pick up item from a physical store rather than rely on postage again.
How about refunding me the cost of postage I paid for but ended up having to go in to a store to pick up the correct product I actually ordered?

Ordered something on the 15th, only just arrived today. A piece of plastic in an envelope shouldn't take 10 business days to arrive. No emails stating that it's been sent, no response from customer service, even still says "awaiting processing" on the website. Never again.

Ordered a stereo, 3 weeks later, Australia post said it was never scanned, supercheap said it was delivered. I was told to call back 4 days later to check status or reorder. Now on hold for way too long to even do that.
Terrible online customer support wait times. Won’t be ever buying online again.
When I did get through the first time, customer service was very good. I’m not annoyed at them, just the circumstance.

I ordered a couple of containers of oil and a couple of filters online due to the Sydney Covid lockdown, just doing the right thing. Order was placed on Sunday 27th. I thought I would get it with 3-5 days. I received an email on Tuesday from Aus Post, preparing delivery, then nothing. Just called customer service, which was a good experience, who advised me that it is still waiting in limbo with Aus post. I asked to cancel the order and give me a refund. The lady, who was helpful, agreed and is arranging it today. This is the first, and last time I have used Supercheap online delivery service. Very dissapointed.
I wished I read these reviews before using their online service.

Mechanic told me battery was faulty and was charging very slowly. Took battery back to store and was told they would charge it. I had to call 4 days later as they were waiting for a 'Century rep' to come inspect it. Obviously some issue other than selling me a partly charged battery. Still no offer of refund or replacement. Stuck without a battery or money. I have read reviews with similar issues however I was a loyal customer but will never buy from SCA again, nor will my family after being left in the dark. Now registering a complaint with the ACCC. Disappointed and very angry.

Well they certainly know how to set a low bar when it comes to customer service. I ordered an cabin filter with the online ordering system three weeks ago. When I placed my order the system estimated I would receive it about 2-3 days hence. After not receiving anything after the second week I emailed customer service to enquire on its whereabouts. When I phoned SCA Macgregor they couldn't help either because nobody in that section was at work that day. SCA pretty much sums up everything that is wrong with customer service in this country. You get a two-fingered salute, an ambivalent attitude, and told to do the running around yourself. I could have ordered from Sparesbox, who had the item in stock and available for immediate dispatch. I went there today for struts for boot and wiper refills-guy who served me had a safety Marshall jacket on -no mask-no staff had masks-no check In and yet we are in a lockdown/restrictions atm due to Covid-no social distancing in store whatsoever.
I asked the guy if he would help install wipers and he told me $5- passed and told him I would do a google—THEN another guy being served at counter asked one of the other servers to look at his wiper and they both went out to car right in front of me and did it for FREE!!

Just to let everyone know order special orders online Supercheap will take at least 3 weeks up to a month, ordered brake pads and it said the estimated delivery was 5 - 7 days, now 3 weeks later and I order it to collect from the shops with the tracking number never updating once, go buy online from other shops you will get it faster just letting peeps know

I don't know if they are good at stealing my money or just good at wasting my time. I bought 2 things from them 2 weeks ago and still haven't even received a tracking number. I requested a refund because of this and still no reply

Don't use store stock for shipping so no advantage in postage speed, better to buy from eBay for half the price.
Made the assumption that because an item (stereo wiring harness) was in stock 300km away (in Berrimah and Im in Katherine) that I'll receive it within 5 business days. Supercheap instead shipped from Adelaide (9 X further away) so closer to two weeks wait for $10 postage fee.... Could have received the same item in my hand quicker for literally half the price from many reputable eBay stores.

My order was delivered onetime and fairly quick but unfortunately two of the items were incorrect i ordered two 30 meter air hoses and received two 10 meter hoses as a substitute which for me was not a fair substitute after many calls to the store and head office i discovered the item i ordered wasn't in stock at the local branch, i also had to make a few calls to arrange a refund on the difference of the two items, this was my first and last time i will use the online ordering, i did question why another store that had the stock didn't do the order and no one could give me an answer.

As an SCA member I was emailed about the Easter sale, we had over $800 of products in my cart for click and collect at Booval store, I finished and tried to pay for the goods... can't process your payment at this time, it took the money out of my account but returned it, I tried again with the same result, I tried a third time and got the same message but didn't get the funds returned. this was Friday, Wednesday still waiting.

The pickup and delivery locations are both in Brisbane. Online and phone enquiries as to the delay with Supercheap and the courier were either ignored or resulted in a generic response. I am writing this review while I wait yet again on Supercheap's complaint line, 30 minutes so far, and the music is horrible too. I've been a client and club member for many years but will now avoid Supercheap where possible and Autobarn and Repco will now be my first call.

Disappointed with super cheap auto when we returned a defective karcher pressure washer only 5 months into a 5 year warranty they would not offer a replacement or refund but rather only offered to have it sent away for assessment. It would take a month to have it assessed and fixed and leave us without the product. Super Cheap Auto clearly don’t stand behind the products they sell but rather just leave it to the manufacturer to deal with the customer.

Absolutely Terrible experience with supercheap auto. Never thought I would say this been customer for years .. I bought one of the most expensive Century car batteries they stock with 3 year warranty. Battery stopped working less than 2 months from purchase and store is refusing to replace and wants me to wait 5 days in order to test. Tried to order on the pre Boxing day sale with the extra code as well. Would not process payment, even with different cards etc. System seems to be swamped. Next day tried again, same errors but now my additional discount did not work also because that offer had expired.... Rang the store to place order direct....no go ring special number they say.......wait, wait .......give up. Never again, total waste of time!

Let me start by saying anyone thinking of calling the Customer Care Team on 1300 175 010.. Don’t, that is unless you have an hour to kill and willing to wait on hold to finally give up.
And don’t call at 7am when they say there open because you will really have to wait till 8am before you can be put on hold.
I ordered break pads/ rotors on the 6 dec. ($1,054.94)expecting them this week so I could do my pink slip.

Ordered roof racks online 5 days ago and worried whether we would recieve them in time fir our Xmas trip away. They came today! Speedy delivery considering delays during covid 19. Extremely satisfied with the quicker than expected delivery. However only a downside I was not updated for parcel been sent with a tracking number. There was none emailed to me hence the worry beforehand. Perhaps update customers on their delivery and a tracking number would be encouraged.

After being encouraged by cousin to join the supercheap membership & only doing so because they were offering a $10 credit when joining. I put in an order the next day but received an email message back soon after saying payment under review, no other comments. A few hours later received another message saying, unable to process payment, purchase in store & no other comments. (The majority of my purchases were ONLINE ONLY ???)
