Steer clear of this on line store. I ordered a product which arrived empty, the contents having leaked out all over the packaging and box. Company then did not acknowledge two attempts to contact them..finally got through briefly via the on line help service to a very curt someone who told me to return product to a store…obviously inadequate given that I had paid shipping for an on line delivery. So store took money but did not supply product Will never use this on line service again and recommend you steer clear.

Part good but customer service was very bad. Took 5 weeks to get order. They did not respond to any of my emails. A simple email to update me on status would have been fine but they did not answer. Will shop elsewhere now.
So I placed an order that cost 200 dollars and the order didn’t go through it said yet it still took the money out of my account!!! Then I called the useless helpline and was on hold for 2 hours, what do those people do all day goodness you’d think they would employ people who can actually answer phones. Never shopping here again!

Sca has always been my go to store for car supplies but not anymore. Thought was good deal to buy a $5 membership and rewarded with $10 points. Did an online purchase points deducted but not applied. Call up for help 1 hour wait time then got the points back. Within a month the points disappeared due to expiry then try to call again but another 1 hour wait. Gave up and not worth the time for $5. Sca is not cheap nor good quality anymore along with so many competitions both on and offline. So many junks selling but for not a good price.

UPDATE! I won the PayPal case. Still no item even shipped or left the premises and no messages received on Facebook post or messenger. Appalling service!
Really disappointed!
It’s been 20 days since I did an online order and the tracking number still says it’s being prepared! It hasn’t even left the premises! I’ve sent them several emails and waited over an hour on their crappy call centre only to be hung up! It was a 40 minute wait on their online chat system to which I couldn’t wait any longer on!

Ordered 20 days ago. Still nothing. I know deliveries are tough but the item has not even left the premises yet. The phone and online chat support are automated unmanned rubbish.
It would be better for your brand to not offer online selling at all rather then offer a service like this one.
Repco here I come, but not before I raise the issue with fair trading to recoup my money.

I ordered several items from witch was in stock at the nearest local store.
Its has been almost 2 weeks and 1 small item has turned up out of many.
the tracking shows the other 2 parcels have not even been processed yet.
I am unsure why it needs to be send all separately in 3 seperate packages to begin with.
Customer hotline wont answer and on top of this i was stung $20 extra for delivery at checkout despite it also claiming free postage.
The cant claim its the couriers fault. they haven't even packed my order after near 2 weeks.
Wont be using them again.

Ordered some items which were delivered but they forgot 1 item. The issue now is you cannot contact them. The online wait time was 2 hours and the phone number was also a two hour wait. I called the local store and they laughed and said yep they know it’s bad but they have nothing to do with online orders…. I emailed them and the response was an automated message advising my delivery had been made.. I now need to contact my credit card company and put a claim in….

Online order hasn't been processed after a week.
Impossible to contact online staff. Called over the phone for hours, no one picked up. Talked to a guy from a local store, he said no one is taking phone calls at the moment due to lockdown, but no recorded message to let customers know. Amazing!
Contacted them via online chat, waited for a long time, their webpage auto refreshed, lost the chat, had to wait again. This happened a few times.
Local stores staffs seem not as busy, but unwilling to help with online orders.
Before the pandemic, I had some good local store shopping experiences. Definitely not recommended for online shopping. Never!

I Placed an order online and the item was never delivered. I tried to follow this up which proved impossible. I waited on the phone for over an hour and could not reach anyone. I waited for an online chat for over half an hour. I was told someone would get back to me within 2 - 5 days, they never did. I went through the same process again a week latter having to wait another hour. Finally spoke to someone online chat as was impossible via phone and they were unwilling to help by giving a refund or sending the item again. They have actually stolen my money as I never received what I paid for and they would not refund me. Terrible experience with SuperCheap...

I have ordered a couple of items to service my car. It came very quickly and I was really happy with it. Only problem is I ordered engine online and it leaked in the packaging (see photos).
I am appalled by the poor customer service provided by such an important company. There is literally no way to communicate with them and they literally could not care less. The only option I had for providing feedback to them was about the products, not the service.
So here is my review here. Don't order from them. Don't give them business during covid lockdowns. Go to their shops or order online from a different company.

Ordered a set of car mats, wrong item sent. Contacted Customer service who informed me that I had been sent the wrong item as the store did not have the right item in stock ? informed that they would sent the right item and asked to forward a picture to them which I did. 10 days later and having tried to get in touch through the phone, which they now do not allow, but cut you off and ask you to email customer service. I have sent multiple emails through their website without one single reply, only automated email. We will get back to you as soon as possible. Now frustrated, Angry and upset leaving feedback to tell others don't bother with this company, they are a complete waste of time and effort.

They don't answer the phone, no replies to the emails, Customer service keep ignoring me on facebook, I been told they contact me in 2 business days to fix my problem, when they contacted me after 3 days and asked me how they can help me I messaged them back, then I got the same message - we will contact you in 2 business days...so useless.. Staff in the Rockdale, nsw store are useless too, just told me to call to the customer service and nobody picked up the phone for a few hours. never again .Terrible experience .Still waiting for a help how to return the wrong Item back !

Recently, bought few items from Supercheap Auto online. When I received it, one the item was broken ( multi cleaner bottle has a tiny crack), hence, the solution was all over the delivery box. I have sent 2/3 e-mails so far and it has been more than a week now..Yet there's no reply.
I advise people not to shop online because if something goes wrong, you are on your own.

13 days ago I purchased a small item online. The parcel arrived promptly though with the wrong item. I rang was told by automation that there was a 2.5 hr wait time. I submitted an online customer care request and 8 days later have no reply. I phoned again 2 days ago and the system said there was a 4 hr wait time. Today I tried to phone and they advice they no longer take calls and you have to either email (well THAT hasn't worked so far) or go to their online chat. I tried the latter, and you just get a message saying all their representatives...
Read more are busy and they will connect with you when free. Seriously, that is SUCH poor customer service. I understand we are in lockdown though that cannot explain this level of appalling service. My item was small, inexpensive and not critical; I would hate to have made an expensive purchase that was more important, given SuperCheap Auto clearly believe their customers are not at all important.; expecting us to wait around for hours on the phone or online. My first special order took one and a half months. Their reason was the courier lost it but I never been informed until I have to ring up customer service. By the way, I sent an email 2 weeks before I called but no reply. My second special order took 18 days. I have to ring them up for an update and I’ve been told that they rang me up several times but I never have a missed call on my phone. At least they should send a message or email that my order is ready. Do you think there will be a third?
I placed an order over a month ago, since I was not home star track decided to send it back to super cheap auto for me to retrieve. I have contacted them several times via email and no response! I called the customer service centre and was hung up on. Don’t waste your time with this store. I just want my order or my money back!!

Three times now i have ordered special order parts and have had terrible experience
They took the money straight away but there was no confirmation of the orders even under my account
Contacted customer service numerous times with absolutely no response
Had no idea whether the parts were coming until i received a call from the local store to pick it up
NEVER AGAIN
tried three different cards - same error "Your order could not be submitted. Please try an alternate payment method." - the website is broken. ill just go to repco (an alternate method) from now on....

Trying to establish status of order. 10 days in and no corespondance. No response to online enquiries other than auto generated e mail. Attempting to contact on telephone is met with a 2 hour wait time. Contrary to responses to other I was not offered a call back option. I now just want to cancel and purchase elsewhere but appears I am being held to ransom.

Update... Made contact via the Facebook site and messenger. The matter is now sorted subject to a refund on the part that was unavailable.

zero stars is more appropriate for the lack of support from customer service. Contact through email DOES NOT work. They do not reply. Ringing the 1300 number is an exercise in frustration suffering the pathetic and amateur recording of some clown trying to sound like a robot. At least I got a laugh. The wait in line was unbearable and I was not prepared to waste my time with it. This " customer service" is the absolute worst i've come across but I'm sure it's all covid's fault. I'll await the standard insincere response from the supercheap damage control dept but it won't stop me throwing away my club pass and shopping elsewhere. They aren't actually " super cheap " anyway. Look around and you'll find that out.

Ordered a roof rack fitting kit. Received something completely else. Weight on parcel said 2.5kg which would have been correct for the fitting kit but not for the small bungee cords I actually received. First time I called was on hold for 30 mins before giving up. Hadn't received a response to my email by midday the following day so called again. After 60 minutes on hold was given the option of a call whilst still retaining my place. Only reason why I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is the customer service lady I spoke to was very apologetic and helpful. I am now going out of my way to pick up item from a physical store rather than rely on postage again.

Ordered something on the 15th, only just arrived today. A piece of plastic in an envelope shouldn't take 10 business days to arrive. No emails stating that it's been sent, no response from customer service, even still says "awaiting processing" on the website. Never again.
