Ignore the previous review as I had them back this year in December and they were a nightmare Apparently they have changed hands I wouldn't touch them with a ten foot pole. Try to overcharge and the carpets weren't even clean I had to get someone else to do it again. Apparently a lot of people are complaining as well. No No No never use them.

Wanted quote to steam clean carpet in 3 rooms. Superior didn't come out to do quote but sent email stating cost would be $140. Booked clean & when technician came to do job said would cost $240 as it was quite a big area. He then spoke to his boss on mobile & the price went up to $290. To compromise they said if I pay $200 the boss will .pay the $90 to which I refused. This could have been avoided if they came out to quote as asked, also there was nothing on website stating room sizes & costs.

I've moved seven times in the last four years and Superior Carpet Care was hands down the best carpet clean I've had done. I would highly recommend!!!

These guys arrived when they said they would. They steam cleaned my bedroom carpets, lounge room and passage as well as my couch. I am so happy with the result, they have come up new again! The guy was so polite, I have never had someone so curteous come to my home before.

Rooms, rug and couch steam cleaned. Terrible chemical smell through the house. Had to leave the windows and doors open at night even though the tempreture is freezing. Next day dragged the rug and couch outside. I am not sure what chemicals are being used but woke with sore throat. Very highly not recommended.
