We thought this was the best mattress ever when we bought it 6 or so years ago. Over time it has continued to soften and provide less and less support. The past six months my husband and I have been waking with terrible lower back pain and only in the last couple of months put it down to our Tempur mattress. Reading the reviews here confirm how bad these mattresses get over time. All the customers with good reviews only bought theirs in late 2017 or 2018. Good luck in a year or two!!

Have been waking up with acute lower back pain since sleeping on this mattress. Mattress has become very soft and unsupportive and it’s been difficult to get a good nights sleep. I’m spending $ on continued chiro and physio treatments. I am trying a mattress topper to see if that helps. I’m not surprised mattress has been discontinued. I’m bitterly disappointed with this expensive purchase.

My husband and I did a lot of research before buying our tempur mattress. At first it was firm, but after time we were waking up with extremely sore bodies!! I thought we had wasted our money and contacted the sales rep to complain. She put me in contact with the Tempur team who explained about the 'cells ' amd that we needed to persist with the mattress. Boy was she right after about 4 months we didn't have any problems, and sleeping is extremely comfortable! Never wake up achey painy. I am so happy with this mattress and encourage everyone to persist.

Any reviews that say this mattress is good is probably working for tempur.
I think when you're trying out all of the mattresses in the shop these stands out but once you get one home it's nightmares every night, I dread going to bed, every morning my muscles feel soarer and soarer, once you buy it you can't go back no refund.

This mattress would have to be the most comfortable mattress ever, it literally cradles you whilst you sleep. It doesn't matter what weigh ratio you or you partner are, you can be lighter and he heavier and you would not feel any movement if they were turning over in the bed. Durability plus.

When we got it at first we loved it but after 3-4 weeks the mattress is just too soft. We kept sinking in to Oran's it just wasn't practical. I wouldn't purchase this again, we were having the 60 night trial so we were able to return it free of charge minus delivery which was fab. But would not recommend. We bought a better mattress at a fraction of the cost. Not sure why these are so expensive because after 4 weeks I started to get backache's and pains.

My husband and I have had terrible luck with purchasing mattresses having spend around $7000 on 3 different innerspring beds that we haven't ended up liking. In the end I chose the tempur cloud on a bit of a whim and it has been the best mattress we have ever had. It is one of the softer of the tempur mattresses and in summer I sometimes find it a little too soft but in the cooler months it is just wonderful. My husband loves it any season. He is 40 kg heavier than I am so it is wonderful to have a mattress that limits partner disturbance and I finally feel like I am not sleep up a hill.
If you don't like soft mattresses, I would suggest something else in the Tempur lineup but would definitely recommend the product.

This mattress was so uncomfortable at first but within a week or so I got used to it. Now it is the best purchase I have ever made. Persist with it and it will work wonders! It is unlike anything I've had before so my muscles had to adjust and now I sleep amazing!

I purchased this mattress as it was one of their new releases. Within few years I have wrecked my back and have just baught a firm mattress. This may be suitable for side sleepers as the shoulders are not pressed. But provides no support. My advise stay away.

My husband and I had our eyes on this mattress for months. Ended up ordering it when it was 30% off RRP. A few days after ordering I decided to read the reviews on here- which scared me! A lot of negative reviews didn't give me positive hope that we'd made to correct decision. However we couldn't be happier with our purchase. We love our mattress. We turn it (head/toe) every 6-8 weeks as per instructed by the HN salesmen. The mattress wasn't hard to start with like people have complained about. I think people just like to complain and a majority of the time those who leave a review are doing just that. We highly recommend this mattress! We think it's worth its weight in gold!

I had pain from whiplash and a shoulder injury for over 3 years. Wish I'd bought this mattress sooner. I don't have to take pain killers before sleep and I don't have to get up in the night for more. It is worth every last penny! Cannot sleep without it. If you have any sort of pressure pain on your body, don't hesitate. Buy it!!!

I never have back pain before, after sleeping on it for 1 night I have back pain. This is an expensive mistake at $3899, what a disaster. Way too soft. Felt good in the store because only a short time but does not work for real sleep.
