I had my Tempur Cloud 22 for 5 years when sagging occurred (not common fault and loved the mattress). The Tempur Australia team were very helpful. One year ago i provided photos and other requirements. The Cloud 22 was promptly replaced. I am once again in awe of the mattress, no pins and needles in hands and feet (as experienced previous mattresses owned), I don't find it hot. Love how light it is for making the bed. Thank you Tempur Australia, I can't see myself on any other brand of mattress. A special mention for Dimity from Tempur. Outstanding.

I started to have back pain since I paid three thousand something for this luxury mattress !!
Its now only 30 months old, I decided to look for a new one, because my back pain comes on and off and had a severe one few days ago, I couldn't get out of my bed.
Every night I feel like sinking into it, oh my back !

Bought split king mattresses, Cloud Deluxe 22 for me and Sensation deluxe 22 for my husband, both so happy, love these mattresses. Had a water bed for years that we loved, then bought an expensive gel flex bed that we both hated, have had our Tempur mattresses for about a month and best decision ever. So comfortable, so much cooler than our gel flex mattress (supposedly the coolest mattress possible), no partner disturbance, absolutely perfect. Love the lower height too, looks great, nothing to fault, best purchase we have ever made.
