I was very happy with the service & delivery of my order - the gift was lovely and I am sure the parents will love the gift when I give it to them

I received a gift box for the birth of my son. I sent a photo to my friend to thank her for the gift box only to be told what was sent was not what she had ordered. She was embarrassed that the baby gift company sent a gift box inferior to what she had ordered and replaced with cheaper items - not to mention they left the tag on the onsie which noted it was part of a 2 pack and only sent one onsie!! After my experience definitely won't be ordering from them. It seems they buy stuff in special and include in their boxes so they're not the same as the online photos.

Great service, 2 gift packs arrived next day after ordering for a "mum to be" - one for her and one for the "Little Ray of Sunshine" for the bub to be. The family loved them. All the best with your wonderful business delivering special baby gifts that are reasonably priced. Thank you. Amanda

Online ordering was simple and I was surprised at how much was included in the baby giftbox for the price. I paid the extra for fast delivery (Western Australia) and it arrived the next day. The happy new parents sent me a photo with the baby amid the gifts - they were blown away. Very high quality and I'll definitely use this service again - wish they did other gifts too.

I chose my own selection of gifts for my daughter-in-law new mum and was impressed with the number of products I had to choose from. Everything was packed well into the hamper box and the hand written message included was a nice touch, rather than it being just typed out. Only thing I would change would be to make it a full sized bar of Lindt chocolate - it was a bit on the small side. All in all though a great hamper and quick customer service follow up too.

We built our own gift hamper and it was absolutely perfect: premature onesies, my first soccer ball toy, chocs, muslin wrap, essential oil roll on.... delivered promptly. The prices were the same or less than buying it ourselves plus it was wrapped nicely and delivered!
Communication was amazing

I really appreciated the options available for gifts and that I could create my hamper as well as choose from a good selection of pre-made options.
