I bought the 4 pack about 3 weeks ago for around $150. Caramel, coffee, vanilla & strawberry & to be honest the first 3 days i could barely get them down at all, i was gagging & almost being sick & was simply going to throw the towel in. What i failed to remember was i was so used to consuming sugar, fat & carbs when i first was weening myself off, everything tasted disgusting apart from my usual diet of junk. f using i can safely say they don’t taste strange anymore, i am easily consuming my shake & whereas i haven’t lost a lot of “weight” i am down 22cms around the waist in 3 weeks & definetly am less irritable, have more energy & am sleeping a lot better. This isn’t a long term solution for me but more of a 2-3 month beginning to start to make better food choices. Will buy again

Taste great —-WHO SAID THAT???? ARE YOU SURE????
I’ve tried Caramel and Choc mint and taste was horrible..I almost cry. I tried so many these kind of shakes but this is absolutely worst one....It is too artificial and too thick. Unfortunately this company doesn’t refund so I don’t know what to do with this ... sigh....If I need to drink it for weight loss, I would rather choose not to eat anything.

Disgusting and disappointing
Bought the big weight loss pack thinking I'm in this for the long haul so might as well try to save money. HA! What is the point of having a supposedly easy meal replacement when you need to carry a freaking blender with you to not have a granular texture? Tried with milk and water and a mixture, varying amounts and not even blending it helped that much. Thought hell I'll at least not lose all my money, try a bar. 3 hours it took for my mouth and throat to settle down from whatever the hell is in the choc hazelnut bar and I'm not willing to ris...Read more
k my health to try any of the others. Very disappointed that there are no refunds allowed. The tip is getting a new deposit of trash and I'm going to go back to the supposedly subpar and high sugar shakes because at least I can stomach them.Purchased in July 2021 at Ladyshake website for $249.00.

Amazing!!!
Being coeliac I really struggled to find a shake that was healthy, and safe for me to have. Not only are the shakes absolutely delicious, but they are 100% gluten free and coeliac safe! I messaged the company to find out and they were so helpful and really understanding of my concerns
I even wrote to them a few weeks ago telling them how happy I am and begged them to never make them contain gluten as I’d be devastated to lose the opportunity to have them!!!

Love it
Have tried lots of different shake diets, nothing tastes as good. Love the thick taste, reminds me of thick shakes. It's very filling, barely get hungry anymore. I love the variety of flavours, I enjoy caramel, chocolate, vanilla and strawberry. Vanilla tastes like ice-cream and I love making a strawberry and cream with one scoop of strawberry and one Vanilla. So many varieties that you don't get bored.

My favorite by far, a little on the sweet side but delicious
I have tried all flavours except coffee, which I have in the cupboard at the moment. Have been on LS for about 3 months and have lost 12kgs so far.

Game Changer
The Lady Shake has changed my life! I started the journey 2 years ago and lost 13kgs in 4 months. Since then I have been using the lady shake to maintain my weight which has worked - and now time to drop some more! I love the taste and love their customer service

Not too bad...
I've just tried my first Lady Shake - I enjoyed the caramel flavour but not the artificial sweetener taste - perhaps I need to make a more dilute version? Definitely need to wind the 'sweet' back! I feel very full however and that can only be a good thing!

If you prefer your shake a thinner consistency you can simply add more water. Also, a lot of people like to make the shakes in a blender with ice. Taste, being very personal, is easily changed by things like making the shake up with half milk/half water, adding a handful of frozen fruit or an espresso shot, or even a teaspoon of cocoa or cacao. Unsweetened coconut or unsweetened almond milk are great milk options.
