Can you loose weight on 1 lady shake per day
Would depend on your age and activity level. Maybe if you are replacing your evening meal. The program is based on replacing 2 meals a day.
Why is the Lady shake making me feel sick and bloated?
That has not been my experience so far. Maybe you could look at the Lady shake Facebook page it see if others have similar experience.

Yes if eating out at lunch or dinner I just have the shakes on the other 2 meal times.
Can I still drink alcohol each day?

Read more- give the bag a shake up in case a few ingredients have split. - try adding more water (if you're only using 350ml). - try a bit of a swirling action first, followed by the shaking. - are you using an agitator/whisk in the shaker? I seem to be putting weight on.. I only need to consume 1200 cal as I’m not active at all due to an injury currently. One of the reasons I’m using lady shake as I can easily shake and drink -no prep. So I just have a coffee and mabey a small no sugar no crap protein bar for breakfast then shake for lunch then dinner if I need a snack I’m reaching for a small hand full of walnuts - could it be I’m having more cal or more food with these shakes than I was with a salad or yogurt for lunch ?

I love the lady bars! They taste really good especially the choc berry or chunky choc ones and they still have there sweetness to them. I’ve the banana, choc mint, strawberry and cookies n cream flavour lady shakes. So my question is, can you have two shakes a day and have two lady bars as snacks during the day?? Will that make me lose weight faster? Or is it to much to have during the day? What is the recommended amount of shakes/lady bars to have each day? Thankyou heaps :)

Read more The bars are simply a healthy snack option, they will not make you lose weight any faster by having 2 a day. Although there is no harm in having 2, we do recommend sticking to 1 bar per day where possible and go for another healthy alternative from the list of snack suggestions in the guide book for you other one :) I hope this helps. Tried for the first time this morning, choc mint flavour, 2 scoops with 400 ml water.. ended up very thick, I couldn't drink it as to thick.. any suggestions. Can I only use 1 scoop..?

Being diabetic I am very conscious about what I eat. I need to drop some weight and am wondering if I can just replace 1 meal instead of 2.
Will you be restocking the lady shaker? Also, my husband has a couple manshake sample flavours he doesn’t like, am I (a breastfeeding woman) able to use them? Also, am I able to eat his man-bars? He doesn’t like coconut and the pack he bought came with coconut bars, I had a small taste of one, and like it, so wondering if I can eat his. I’m ordering the lady shake for me next week with the bars, so I am ready to start using them January. I’ve taken sips of his and enjoy the flavours more than the brand I’m using, especially since it’s a full meal! :)

They are jam-packed with loads of vitamins and minerals as well as high-grade protein, collagen, pre and probiotics and so much more.
