How long can a premixed shake be kept in the fridge?
2 answers
Hi Donna fairly sure I read it can be made up the night before and have it next morning.
Customer S.The Lady Shake
Yes, that is correct! You can make it at night and leave it in the fridge so you can have it in the morning. Just note, they it may be thicker then usual, however adding some more water and giving it another shake will work just fine :)

Can you have the lady shake while breastfeeding or pregnant?
1 answer
Customer S.The Lady Shake
Hi there Lin
Yes, The Lady Shake is absolutely safe to use whilst breastfeeding.
Our shakes are simply a food product and we are not aware of any ingredient within them that would be an issue. They are jam-packed with loads of vitamins and minerals as well as high-grade protein, collagen, pre and probiotics and so much more.
Please do let me know if I can be of further assistance.
Kind regards
Team Lady Shake

Day 4 and my body is really faitgued. Does this mean I’m going part keto? If so, I’m ok with that. I’m just wondering if things are likely to improve?

Customer S.The Lady Shake
Hi Katy. Are you drinking 2 -3 litres of water? And snacking? We would not expect you to be fatigued. If you would like us to look at what you have eaten and drank in the last three days, please email us at [email protected] and we can help you out

Hi lf I have full cream milk with my shake will l gain weight.
1 answer
Customer S.The Lady Shake
We certainly recommend water. However, if you would prefer milk, that is totally fine.
You should try to steer clear of skim milk due to its high sugar content. There are some great options available for different milks. We recommend that you try unsweetened almond milk, unsweetened coconut and almond milk or unsweetened coconut milk. These options are all low in sugar, fat and calories and high in calcium.
Most customers find that around half a cup of milk and the rest water is sufficient to give them the creamy taste that they are chasing with the milk.

I love lady shake I have 2 scoops with water.Twice per day. I love the thickness of it. My glucose levels dropped and I lost 2.5kg in 10 days... but ... I became severely constipated needing medical intervention. Will one scoop twice per day still give me the same results. I did drink 1.5ltr water per day. Jan
1 answer
Customer S.The Lady Shake
Hi Jan,...... yes you will see the same results in dropping the scoop... you may just become slightly more hungry. See if you can up your water intake up to 2-3 litres of water per day. Fish oil tablets can help too.
Vicki M.asked
I’ve started to feel sick for a while after drinking a shake, it passes after 30-60minutes is this normal?
1 answer
Customer S.The Lady Shake
Hi Vicki,
This is common in people making drastic changes in their diet suddenly with their body trying to adjust.
The Lady Shake is filling your body with healthy nutrients and vitamins and your body is probably feeling tired as it adjusts to your previous diet, especially if your were consuming a lot of sugars and additives.
You could be going through withdrawals since changing your diet. This will pass in a few days so keep going!

Margaret D.asked
I just tried my first Lady Shake. I followed the instructions, 2 scoops and 350ml of water.
I found it over sweet and slimey and tipped it out. I could not drink it.
Did I do something wrong?
2 answers
I use 500mls of water and ice! I only use 1 1/2 scoops of the powder. I love that it’s thick! It fills me up! Other shakes are too watery and just make me hungry..
Customer S.The Lady Shake
Hi Margaret. The guide is 350-500 mls, totally personal preference. If you find them too sweet, cut the scoop of shake back to 1- 1.5 to your personal taste preference. Hope this helps! TLS

Ive only been on the lady shake for 1.5 weeks and have not lost any weight. I know its too early to tell but usually when im on a healthy eating diet without shakes i lose 1kg a week. Just wondering since the shakes have a lot of protein, could it take longer for it to work for me. Also im 5 foot 2 and 60kg so dont have lots to lose so could that too b why it might take longer. Has anyone ever been on the shake and not lost weight when combined with healthy eating and sticking to the daily calorie intake?

Firstly try not to pay too much attention to the scales. Are you making any changes to your exercise? You may be putting on muscle mass which weighs a lot more than fat.
Do your pants feel any looser? Sometimes it is more important to go off measurements rather than your scales. If you like you can send us a food diary of everything you have eaten and drank in the past three days and we can pass it on to Adam and our team of dietitians to review and give any advice.

I dont do any excercise so definately not building muscle. Lol.
For the last 3 days ive pretty much eaten the same thing. My snacks have been an apple in morning and 2 light cruskits with just vegemite in the arvo, except on one day i had 1 x 150g tub of vaalia vanilla yogurt instead of apple. I have a shake for brekky and lunch and dinner i have a chicken snitzel cooked in frypan with a fried egg and 100g frozen veg..i will b changing my snitzel to plsin chicken breast soon but was using up wat was in freezer. My calorie intake has been just under 1000 caleries. And ive been dring about 1.5 -1.8 litres of water a day. Nothing else to drink other than water
Would really appreciate any advice u might b able to give me. Thanks
