Excellent service and great prices
Ordered online - easy to use. Had a question and spoke to someone who was very knowledgeable and helpful. Then placed order and lights were delivered within timeframe. No problems at all. Easy transaction and have since used them again.

Terrible service - slow and inept.
Truly appaling company to deal with. Firstly, all items that say "In Stock" means it's in stock with their supplier. They still have to get it in - so it's not "in stock" with them. I place an order for some "In Stock" items and a week later they still hadn't been shipped. Multuple call, multiple inept people to deal with. Finally my order arrived - but an incorrect item had been shipped. Called - another inept person. They said they will open a ticked and someone should get back to me in 24 hours. Wow...... Just, Wow. to wait 24 hours for someone to read a ticket. Anyway, got off the phone, ordered the part somewhere else and I have it before they have even read the ticket. Great selection but terrible customer service
First, the good - the Lighting Outlet has a great selection and excellent prices.
Unfortunately, of the four lights I ordered, three were out of stock. However, the Lighting Outlet still charged my card straight away (which was a significant amount). As soon as they notified me that the products weren't in stock, I asked for them to refund the rest of my order. They didn't respond to this request to this or any of my calls. After finally speaking with someone on the phone last week and told my order would be dispatched and refunded that day, one week later this still had not happened, and again I had to chase it up today. I'm still waiting for my refund, and apparently my one light is in the post, but I've been really frustrated with my experience. It would not have been such an issue if my card hadn't been charged straight away for the four lights - this was a significant amount to be without over Christmas. No sight of replacement light bulb for over 6 weeks !
We bought 2 light bulbs from this company and 1 arrived broken. After waiting for 6 weeks, the replacement bulb is still no where in sight !!!
Avoid this company at all costs !

Nice experience
My apartment has two globe broken. Helpful sales assistant offering accurate information enabling me to replace successfully. A nice online shopping experience. Would recommend if you are looking for a lightning store.

Never Buy From This Company
I ordered 4 lights, apparently the order was delivered but not TO US - the shop are refusing to refund or replace. Horrible service, so stressful we have electricians coming TMRW.

Vencha Pod LED 8 lights
I bought the 8 globe Vencha light for the void at the entry. The lights looks fantastic. It's now installed and it looks great. Delivery was fast. Very happy with purchase from the lighting outlet. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Mercator optica trio downlights

Fantastic light. Fantastic Service
The light fitting was exactly what I wanted for the new bathroom. It looks sleek and modern and complements the minimal bathroom well.
The service was really prompt and every one was most informative about when the light would arrive. This made booking an electrician easy.
