Have been using for 3 weeks and find this a very convenient and effective product. Lost 3 kilos and my blood pressure has dropped to perfect numbers. Still requires willpower

Started today on the program and will admit was keen on banana over the other flavours (don’t know why, fruit? Sounds healthier)
After using the shaker bottler and chilled filtered water was very shocked how good it tasted over other options I’ve had in past

I tried the Banana. It fills you up as promised however I am still burping up the after taste 8 hours later and feel sick in my stomach. The texture and taste is vile. Why doesn't this Company offer samples of single sachets instead of purchasing $50 waste of money? I would not recommend this product at all. I was hopeful this could help me, very disappointed.

Unfortunately i bought two boxes of this rubbish. The price didn't worry me, its about par for these sort of products. But the taste is extremely hard to bear. Its thick and slimy and leaves a terrible after taste in your mouth. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I tried several different flavours but all were hard to take with that slimy consistency. Other brands taste way better.

This is the most convenient way to lose weight! I’ve lost 8kgs so far. Of course you also need to make some changes to your mindset and lifestyle. Chocolate, coffee, caramel, and vanilla are my most liked flavours.

Love The Man Shake. If you stick to the plan you will see results. The shake keeps you full for long periods. 14kgs in 3 months so far. The chocolate is my favourite flavour and the man bars are pretty good to for a snack

2 weeks in and have gained weight. 1kg. Followed the instructions to the letter. Portion size, not eliminating food groups etc. Minimum exercise is 1 hour on a treadmill 7 days a week that I have done for years. Usually more with other activities. I really only needed to drop 5 or 6kgs but gaining weight. I didn't mind the taste and it does keep you full. It just doesn't do what is claims in my case.

Two weeks in, nil weight loss, exercising daily, following meal recommendation, always hungry, drink water as recommended. Am disappointed with all the success reported and no results to date for myself. I did report this to man Shake, gave them my meal intake over 3 days, sent pictures of my meal portions. To date yet to hear back. Still have half the product and will persist in which I hope some results will be seen.

Started man shake 3 days ago & lost 4.4kg with the fast man shake diet & excersise, & sticken to it. Love salted caramel, & coffee flavours, has given me plenty of energy thank you.

Tried husbands man shake and loved it and had good weight loss results. Now on Lady shake. Love the vanilla. Would love it if you bought the birthday cake flavour back as well it was amazing.

Great tasting shakes. The choc mint is my favourite!!!. keeps me and hubby fuller longer. The bars are even better, it curves that craving in the evenings and you don't have to feel guilty about eating it. I have had many shakes before and the price is very similar in comparison, well worth it in my opinion. We will be buying more when this lot runs out. Thank you Man Shake/Lady Shake :)

Only way I could deal with it was in milk and it still had an after taste. Texture is not very nice unless with milk. So I gave up. Tried all flavours except chocolate and coffee.

I've tried chocolate and vanilla and used the products for 2 months. I'd rate both as quite tasty. I lost 4kgs over 2 months so hardly in line with claims of many (and I stuck to the diet recommendations religiously) That said, I started having stomach issues (constipation) and it got worse and worse. I had plenty of fiber substitute but it got to the point where even one shake meant severe stomach cramps. So clearly there was slight lactose issue in my case, gradually made worse. There are plenty of reports of stomach issues out there ( to be fair, with protein shakes in general ) so I'd recommend proceeding cautiously, particularly with large orders since The Man Shake will not accept even unopened product returns.

I couldn’t find anywhere around that sold the lady shake but I got the man shake and it tastes great.. I saw there is only a 9 calorie variant from man to lady shakes. Would be suitable for ladies to lose weight also?

I decided to try the man shake after reading many reviews and watching the ads for a while, after following it for a month, to my surprise and shock, I haven’t lost anything, I’ve put on 0.03 kilo. Very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this product, I’ve also noticed that you never hear or read how long it takes these people to lose the weight whilst on the man shake, absolute load of crap, don’t believe all the marketing and hyped up nonsense spin.

I also love strawberry in the mornings mixed with frozen berries. Chocolate is another favourite for lunch.
Weight loss was slow and consistent, best part is I am never hungry and am the fittest I’ve been in years.

I used to spend a lot of $ buying lunch in the city and then blew out with a few COVID kilos. Man shake has been great for pulling those kilos back and I now have a shake for lunch so am saving a lot of money as well. Love the flavours except for strawberry. And I still have a beer every night.

My favourites are caramel,chocolate,and the birthday cake.I’ve been using the product for just over a month and have lost 15kg.As long as you stick to the program it works.Plus it tastes great too.Great product

I bought the variety pack from Woolies and tried Banana, chocolate, choc mint and strawberry. None of these flavours were nice and in in fact whilst drinking them I shuddered like I did when swallowing medicine as a kid! I had looked forward to getting the great weight loss results that others have shown in reviews but I just can’t stand the taste. Disappointing ☹️

flavours dont taste great, but they aren't bad either (I found mixing flavours better) Price could be a little cheaper tho, but the product definetly works. Have lost 7.7kg in the first month. Would highly recommend. This review is based on chocolate, caramel, banana and strawberry and even the man bars.

I love the chocolate and I have it every single day,definitely losing belly fat and feel great I’m don’t bloated all the time,and I actually save a few dollars by replacing a meal, I leave it in shaker for hour and it’s nice and thick

I have used The Man Shake for a while now, and love the convenience and nutritional composition but although I much prefer the flavor of Vanilla over Choc, I have found that I get cravings for sugar/carbs on Vanilla that I don't get on Chocolate. I haven't tried other flavors....

I have tried all flavours and loved them. I used to buy ALDI replacement meals and liked them but found they were too sweet (too much suger). I will see how the Man Shakes go with weight, so far so good.

They taste good and make a very satisfying meal. Good quick meal when in a hurry.

I have been using the manshake for around 4 months and have lost over 12 kg. I reached my first goal of 85kg with a final goal of 80kg in sight. I only drink the chocolate but am not tired of it yet. For someone who doesnt have a lot of time for breakfast and lunch, i find it fast and convenient. Definatley worth the money.

The shakes are great, they keep you feeling fuller for longer. The bars are a great 3pm snack. We love trying the recipes, something different every night. Finding a few favourites. #ourweightlossjourney2021

Friend brought lady shakes doesn't like can a male finish these shakes as not to waste them ??? I personally have lost 18 kgs since starting man shakes really enjoy them

2 weeks in. I have lost 4 kilos. Great tasting product and yes it appears to work. Strict regime with the man shake throughout the day. Then have a normal dinner as usual.

I am on my third box of ten sachets, Flavors are good, I add chocolate powder into the vanilla as i feel its a little bland. I have lost 3 kilos so a kilo every five days i am happy with. My friend has said to not drink alcohol for 5 days and just drink soda water and watch the difference, I will take the challenge because even a soak like me can abstain for 5 days. I will keep ya posted. Im 63 and was 98 Kilos, at the moment 95. Looking for a weight around 85-87.

I have bought near every flavor, followed the plan and it leaves me full. I snack on man bars too. The internet can be brutal and I believe most reviews here are pretty poor class. If you focus, follow the plan it works, and as for taste, blend in a banana or some strawberries.. blend in some ice.. sure it's not like easting carpet bag steaks, but we are trying to lose weight.. deal with it. I would buy it if your considering weight loss. Get in the facebook groups and learn, listen and gain motivation from other brothers on it. It's great, worth every cent.

I have loved the chocolate, choc mint & banana However the coffee tastes very bad. I wonder if this is normal or just a bad batch as others have said coffee is nice
