Purchased the Thermomate a few months ago. Controlling the temperature is very difficult and in the beginning I had trouble with things burning on the underside. I have now overcome this by using a pizza stone. Perfect solution, everything cooks beautiffully.

Update: Nov 5, 2018 Absolutely love my Thermomate gas oven. The pizza stone works well. Have cooked roasts, casseroles, scones and biscuits. All turned out great. I use it at home instead of the electric oven most of the time now.
