good customer service and value the store was clean and well presented. aisle are clearly labelled and spacious. friendly service and had a good ideal of product and what was suitable

bought a bench grinder saleman said did i want to purchase the extra attachment that will sharpen knives etc. so i did got home to find a voice message on my phone telling me that it wont fit the ginder only good for a wet and dry grinder poor saleman poor me as i am disabled and have the use of one arm it would have been helpful. left a sour taste in my mouth.

I was after some spotting drill bits not listed in the catalogue after speaking with a very helpful member of staff the supplier was called in said they where available staff member sourced and ordered the items i wanted a called a few day later to say they where ready for pick up. Good service not usaully found in many shops theses days . 10/10 for service

AWESOME service every time I go into a store the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about the products they sell highly recommend them to tradies and diy people they stock everything you want to do a job

The guys on the floor are great: very helpful. However, the online inventory is misleading regarding instore stock. On placing the order where I had to pay a 50% deposit, it took over 2-weeks to arrive. Not impressed.

I bought 2 new Milwaukee battery’s well worth buying a twin pack ya can never have enough batteries. I also picked up a pica pen set. I find this grate so far. I have a lot of problems snapping the led of my pencils in my pockets so buy getting the pica pen has eliminated that small problem. The white led marks tiles well. Happy with it

Needed a particular tool spoke to service person, gave me my options for the job i required, tools did the job, client happy . ( Electrician doing a mechanical fitters job / problem .

Quick to help out and also they don’t follow you around and worry to buy something for the sake of it. Got pointed to what I needed and purchased it.

Perfect shop, has everything you need as a tradie. Staff have good knowledge of the equipment and tools they are selling and are happy to help you find what you are looking for.

Went in to buy a few Keg jigs for my new bench project, the staff were very friendly and helpful with the jigs that I required. Will definitely go back and shop there again

Did some late night online shopping and ordered what I wanted at my local store in Hobart. The next morning (which was a Sunday) I received a phone call from the store telling me that my purchase was ready to be collected. I went to the store ave collected my tools. The guys at the store were very helpful.

10 min then I asked someone to help me they were looking after someone else but no worries came back checked stock and then had to get some one with the lift to get the product I was after service was 8 out of 20 not bad very busy that day over all I was pleased the product was in stock 20 min all up and I was out the door.

Great store lay out also the range of tools and equipment was excellent for all jobs and trades. Renee's service and knowledge was excellent at the Ballarat store and I will highly recommend the store to family and friends.

i find the staff at the Lonsdale establishment to be friendly, helpful, and with a good knowable of items that the store carries. I always feel comfortable in asking for help and to be left for me just to browse.

Very knowledgeable and ready with advice in layman’s terms for a female. Did not feel pressured to purchase anything over and above. Store layout easy to manoeuvre and not on too high shelves. Safety first.

Received notification about your 3 day sale. Wasnt looking for anything in particular. Went to the Malaga store, to checkout the sale products. Found your super special offer on the Bosch GCM 10 GDJ compound mitre saw.... i had looked at it previously, but couldnt justify spending so much on a hobby tool. The sale price was too compelling.....thanks for tge great deal

Travelled in for “big sale” upto %50 off sale. Not very impressed this time. Not much on sale plus didn’t have in store what I was chasing. Travelled 2hrs to get there amongst other things. I’ll still shop there but not very impressed anymore.
