Best toaster we've had in decades.
Toasts evenly and quickly, my 2 light brown, others slightly darker. Reheats without burning and this model has two little draws at the back, which catch all those crumbs that other brands drop everywhere! This model may have been discontinued, as I can't find a photo of the exact model. Bad reviews may indicate individual poor workmanship at factory - we were lucky to get a good one. On special at Harvey Norman half price!
