Please bring back old website, the new one is very frustrating.
I won’t be browsing and buying much longer because it’s so hard to manoeuvre!!
Please, please,please fix, I have always loved shopping with TVSN
but unfortunately you have made it too difficult.

I agree with other reviews. The new web site is awful. Difficult to navigate. When trying to read the program, cells merge into each other making it impossible to read. Also postage is terribly expensive. Also the programs are hard sell driven.

Purchased the Pur 2 for 1 deal which I thought was a great deal and a few other items from the range but by the time you add on the postage, you end up paying for it anyway. I don’t understand how 3 makeup items cost $20 to post. Even eBay sellers do not charge such high postage, had an ottoman delivered for $7 and to be honest I don’t know of any other company that charges that much. Will be looking elsewhere for my products in the future. Seriously listen to your customers as slowly we will be shopping elsewhere, there is a lot of competition for our hard earned dollars.

I recently purchased the s2o laundry detergent sheets, with great expectations and eagerness to use this product. Sadly it does not perform the way they say and show on tvsn. My clothes did NOT wash up well at all and the smelled musty as the sheets were unscented. There was a stain on a throw rug that did not come out at all.
I have just washed the throw again with my washing powder and the stain washed away, to my surprise, as l simply asumed it was going to be permenant.
Very disappointed in this product.

I am in agreement with others on the greed and exorbirant postage and handling charges on each item purchased, on TVSN! The change in format is absolutely ridiculous and so very slow to navigate and just laggs. In a nutshell I have been shopping with TVSN for just over 10 years and have decided that I will no longer shop with them as quality and greed on there behalf is more relevant than listening to their customer's concerns.

I was about to purchase 5 items of Genie skincare products only to be told that it would cost 6.95 per item which would add $35.00 to my cost. That smells of greed to me and I will spend my $200.00 elsewhere. Should be one shipping cost per order.

I bought a Morganite ring from TVSN.The stone is flat and quite dull.I'm very disappointed!I also bought the PUR foundation powder and there is very little product in the compact.....disappointed once again!

I would like to say love products female presenter s some of them go on and on its over dramatising and an overkill to listen to them love lee bradly and Jamie is good the one with faulse eye lashes overdoes it he mouth never stops very annoying sorry but us

I purchased 3 pairs of Holster shoes size 8. I have purchased many size 8 shoes and never had a sizing problem but these shoes were so small. I can always wear socks with a size 8 but these shoes were too tight even without socks. Definitely not a size 8. So I asked for a refund on the return postage but was told that the shoes were a size 8. I will never ever buy anything from TVSN again. Poor service too. I sent a letter with the returns, and an email, but no notice was taken of either.

I have never ever bought anything from tv before.i bought dr Tanya's cleanser machine, they charged card twice .though that was refunded after a week.it broke after three weeks.returned and waiting for refund.they stated on phone they no longer stock her product due to quality issues .they lied. It's back . Six weeks and still waiting,all I'm told is they are waiting on the mail department. Fed up and contacting ACCC and FTC.i encourage others to do same.will never purchase anything from them again and encourage others not to either.

I’ve just order an item, and to my horror - my delivery address is wrong. I double checked and emailed the customer service. She informed me they can’t do anything and ask me to sort it out with AusPost. I clarified - the error was done by them - whoever filling the address got it wrong. She said since I’m the one buying it - I’ll have to sort it out. It’s ridiculous.

The site is hard to use, and if you use easy payments beware they will attempt different amounts over and over during the day even if you have rung and advised pay problem etc. Never get reply's to emails, Afterpay much more ease to deal with, quick refunds very helpful. A lot of things available at TVSN you can get using Afterpay, zip, open etc, and no postage!!!! return easy and quick.
