A cheap, but great alternative.
So, i was looking for a cheaper alternative to those awfully overpriced personalised phone cases with your initials on them. I then looked at the type metallic letters they have, they were like $7 each, maximum at the time and i stuck them on my phone case, hoping for the best, expecting them to last 30 seconds and get lost somewhere. But alas, after almost 7 months of having them attached to my phone, i struggled to peel them off to replace my cover. These things must be stuck on my some witchcraft because i THRASHED my case around (case is an...Read more
otterbox) and they STILL stuck. These letters survived countless drops, rolls from ambulances, children fingerprints and much more. Understandably they were scratched considerably, but for what i paid for them, 100% ok with that. I got the rose gold ones and you could only ever see the scratches in harsh lighting (pic attached). If you want a semi decent alternative to those phone cases, these letters are a fantastic choice.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Ok please read
Many people say that it’s kids stationary. this shop is intended for buyers over 15!! It’s not for kids!! I don’t know how dumb you need to be to think it’s a kids shop. But otherwise it’s fine. The double EarPods (with the cord ;>) have terrible sound. It sounds like it’s recorded on a 1930s jukebox!

Crap headphones
I've had different brands before that worked way easier. The on button must be broken because they'll charge but they won't turn on. You can buy better quality for cheaper at JB.

Rip off
I looked online and the pencil case that I looked at was $7.50 I went to buy it at the site in Wagga on the 5/2/2020so I bought the pencil case and went back in and asked why it was so expensive it is half price he said it is only half price online so when I got home I looked up and it said that it was on sale online and in store so typo ripped me off 2nd time in 7 days I won’t be back staff are so rude

Why do they put inappropriate language on kids stationery?
Pretty disgusted.. i made a quick trip to Typo to get a gift for a 9 year old in France only to get home and realise what was on the back of the notebook. This is useless and I'll have to go elsewhere to find something else. Find it hard to understand why they need swearing on kids note books

Extremely Disappointing
Bought one of the bath bombs they had on sale, very excited for a lovely and relaxing bath after a long day. Genuinely the most depressing and miserable (albeit hilarious) bath bomb I have ever seen. A complete joke, even for the price point.

Seriously this is your response...when every other retailer can do this
Why are prices cheaper in the Typo store than online, they should be the same but I bought the mini letter lights in the Typo store at Eastgardens and Bondi Junction for $7.79 each but online they are $10 each if I buy 3 or $12.99 for one. This was there response

Disgusting Customer Service and Ordering
I presented in store on the 29/12/2019 in order to pick up the order number #W00010010672 which I made on the 01/12/2019, I was then sent an email saying it was ready for collection on the 04/12/2019. I then received a reminder email to pick up my order on the 14/12/2019, to pick up the order before the 03/01/2020, which I have email references for all of them.
I presented in store and I was served by a staff at the branch in Islington named [name removed]- till receipt can also be included for reference - and I was informed that my order had ...Read more
been returned as I had not presented within two weeks of notification that my order was ready for collection in store. However this does not reference back to the previous email I had received asking me to collect my order in store before the 03/01/2020, I have not received any email informing me that my order had been returned, nor has a refund been made to the bank account that I used to purchase the products. No reference was given, nor was a customer service number given in order to chase up on my missing order. The staff member serving me was unhelpful and unable to provide me to any specifics unto whether a refund was going to be made, what the actual policy is regarding how long you hold products in store after delivery, and was generally unhelpful and useless in every regard with no transparency. This is appaling customer service and I am disgusted to have purchased products from such an unreliable source which I will definitely not be revisiting in the near future. For the moment, I would like to know where exactly my order has gone, and I would like a full refund as no one has contacted me regarding it. I have paid the full amount, not had any products, and am still waiting for a response as to how I am getting anything back. Thank you. I can attach documentation if necessary under attachments but I believe you can work on the reference numbers that I have provided if you have any functioning IT systems at all.Similar opinion? My love.
I'm obsessed with Typo. But I do admit, some things are over priced. Also I brought a tag for my dogs collar and it had a horrible reaction on him. He lost a patch of hair and it took a long time for the skin to return to its pale colour. It was so red.

Dont order online!
I actually live in NZ, and in akl youd usually expect your order to arrive either the day after you placed it, or the next. I placed my order 1am a thursday, the team didn't send it out until monday... on top of that, cotton on uses toll freight (crappy drivers, but nice customer service.) I had left authority to leave my parcel, and of course they failed to relay that message :) so now i have to call the shipping company. Its 2022, this stuffs getting old. TLDR: had to wait over a week for a book and a pencil. Ridiculous. Cotton on online sucks

laptop cases are decent
(In one of the New Zealand Typo stores)
I purchased a basic laptop case from typo to protect my macbook for uni. It has kept my laptop looking brand new and scratch free. I was pleasantly surprised especially a few days ago, when my silly self left my laptop on the roof of my car when i was getting into my car and drove off with the laptop on top of my car. After a half hour of searching for my laptop, I found it on the road. The Typo case had rips and tears in it, but my laptop only suffered structural damage (a little bent and the screen is a bit static-y) despite being run over multiple cars. The case would have definitely been the reason as to why the laptop survived, and 10/10 would trust Typo cases for any laptops in the future.

bad prices
quality is average, prices are high. bought some pens and pencils, the odd mug or two, nothing special about them. But the prices are outrageous. I'm not spending $15 on a mug at typo when I can get one for 75c at Kmart for the same quality.

just spent A$69 at Typo Westfield Chatswood, happy and interesting store but:
1.wanted 0.20cents for paper bag - surely large enough mark up on my 3 items to include bag .Suggest review of policy where no charge for bag over a certain spend
2.the price label on the classic retro gamer is inside the sealed plastic package and I cannot remove .It is a gift so would be far better to be on outside of package for this purpose

Waste of $20!
After 3-5 uses of the earphones the left earphone stopped working but other than that they had a very good quality of sound.
I purchased the Luxe earphones in the colour Oil Slick.

Bad earphones
My daughter offered me a gift certificate from typo. Went and got myself some wireless earphones. Only one ear works after I used them 3-4 times. Not impressed. I wouldn't recommend.

Dear Sir
I got a typo coupon of $5 on 8th Feb. 2022 at my email id ([email protected]). By mistake, I had deleted that email without redeeming the coupon. I got this coupon against the purchase of Kellogg's chocos.
Please guide me if there is any way to get that coupon again
Thanks and Regards
