I got a typo coupon of $5 on 8th Feb. 2022 at my email id ([email protected]). By mistake, I had deleted that email without redeeming the coupon. I got this coupon against the purchase of Kellogg's chocos.

I wrote my original Review based on the service i recieved when purchasing Stationary Products after I was presented with a Gift Card for a Birthday. At the time i was impressed with the Service and in paticular the assistant that served me and I would recommend the Store purely based on this level of Service. I have never purchased other products so I am unable to provide Information on the quality of the Bluetooth Speakers.

I suggest you go to Typo.com, scroll down and under SHOPPING click on Contact Us and Feedback. There you can tell them what happened. If thats no use, go to the nearest Typo shop (with a receipt) and tell them what had happened.
