I asked for brake clearance(fpv wheels)and when i get the wheels they did not clear the rear brakes.He says i cannot return them once tyres are fitted but he ordered the wrong wheels the dumbass how is that my fault.I asked for brake clearance wheels not half a set of clearance wheels.Now they are lying about it saying that i never mentioned the rear wheels needing clearance,but i asked for a set of brake clearance wheels not just 2 wheels that fit.$2000 wasted cos of an idiot named Sam at tyrepower blackwood.You should all be fired you rats.

After a wheel alignment service at this place, the car was worse than before; going back, again after some adjustments it was only slightly better. When I said that I am not happy with the time I wasted and the job, the mechanic told me that the car is fixed and we just have different opinions. No receipt either despite the promise to e-mail-it to me (the printer did not work both days).

We called in to varsity Lakes tire power to get a slow leak fixed the guy was so slow I could have had the wheel changed on an off myself with a Jack In the same time. Then to be charged $35 to change a valve was a disgusting rip-off.

We were travelling from SA to WA and had problems with our tyres along the way. I phoned Tyrepower at Esperance to get a quote for 4 new tyres. Half and hour later we went there to have the new tyres fitted. Although they seemed busy, they were waiting for us to drive in as they knew we needed these urgently.

Took tyre in for puncture repair (light truck tyre from caravan). It had a screw in it that caused it to go down slowly over 3 days as the van was parked. After several hours I contacted them and they advised the tyre was unsafe as the person that previously fitted the tyre damaged the bead. I thought this was odd as the tyre has never been removed since new and had done about 30,000kms (about 50% worn). Anyway I agreed to have the tyre replaced. Collected the tyre. When I checked it out back at the van park found the once pristine alloy rim badly butchered where they tried to remove the tyre. They damaged the old tyre so much when removing it I had to purchase a new one plus they ruined the look of the alloy rim. Not impressed!!!

Bought a set of 4 tyres for my trailer and the guys at Tyrepower gave me great advice and a good price and terrific customer service. Well Done

All within 90 mins of my initial call. Good customer service is hard to come by but wow, this was excellent!

I visited Tyrepower Geelong because I had some tyre damage and wanted to check it was ok. The guy was very helpful and didn’t try to sell me anything. I was very pleased with the honesty.

Daylight robbery

A simple service was by far the most I have ever paid for a service in 32 years of driving. I questioned the bill, but just got the big schmooze, like I was an idiot. Well maybe I was an idiot going to Tyrepower Port Melbourne, as I did my homework a little too late and got another quote afterwards. The quote came in $400 cheaper!! When looking at the bill, many of the items were loaded and then labour added on top....Ridiculous. I was just trying to support local business.....the one and only time I will go there. Another customer behind me was about to question his $1400 bill for his road-worthy. Do yourself a favour and get a quote from else-where. I'm sure you will save a LOT of money!!
