Recently had the worst experience dealing with Tyre Power Upper Coomera. When Disputing craftmanship Co -Owner Louise refused to accept responsibility of the dispute, screamed and argued as well as hung up the phone twice whilst i was trying to resolve the issue. Very unprofessional and a very difficult person to reason with. Also there is no protection through Tyre Power as there is no head office to complain and these owners can do as they Please. I would not recommend Tyre Power Upper Coomera at all. Had Louise dealt with this matter in a different way the result may have been different

A year and a half ago i brought new tyres from Tyrepower for both cars and the tyres were put on bye the friendly staff at Tyrepower and thay pick my tyres to suit my budget and needs so thank you Tyrepower

PENRITH NSW BRANCH Took my Nissan Murano in to have 4 New Tyres . A little later I was cleaning my car and opened the wheel well to find my NEW TOYO TYRE I had as a spare had been swapped for a used Bridgstone. I contacted [name removed] the Manager and asked what was going on only to be told I was trying to Rip Him Off. He told me he remembered I had 2 Toyo on the frount and 2 Bridgstone on the back, I had 5 Toyo Tyres when I left my car I have never run odd tyres on my cars. I had no help from this store except to cop abuse . Be careful and check spare before you leave any tyre store as its not expected you will look at your spare for a long time after you put 4 new tyres on.

I went there to have fixed a puncture and the guy said that he could not do and I needed a new tyres ( also in a very rood tone).
I just went in the next shop and they fixed for 30$
I suggest this people to try to work more honestly

Was easy to find the store. Did not like the tires as they were expensive and not very good. How ever it did the job and that's all I can ask for

Just a simple tyre replacement, well done. Saved me from doing it myself, an hour of my time, and having to use rude words. I can recommend Tyre Power Seymour. They are efficient, polite and affordable.

I was given a free upgrade, because they did not have the specific tyre that I wanted. The upgrade was a maximum level upgrade. I would not have been able to afford it otherwise. Seriously recommend them to all.

I went to tyre power melton and they fixed my flat tyre on the spot, cant go wrong it was fast efficient and a job well done. this review is only based on tyre repairs though not new tyre fittings.

The guys where very helpful. I was impressed that i didn't even need a deposit to have my tyres ordered. Good old friendly customer service. I will definitely be back.

Needed a puncture repaired was fixed straight away a week later had another screw in a tyre got it fixed there straight away again. Friendly team and great service 5 stars

Called in to Tyrepower Morayfield yesterday for a quote on 4 tyres, an alignment and a service. Happy with the quote, so booked in for the next day (today). Everything completed in 2hrs as quoted the day before.
First time using Zip Pay. Slow process due to having an old phone. Owner/Manager patiently assisted me with getting it to work.
Very happy with quality of work provided. Highly recommend this family owned business. Will return for all future tyre and mechanical work. (22nd February, 2022)

last year i had 4 new tyres put on car when i picked car up owner/manager abused me for interupting his lunch three tyres have now got defects in them

It was easy to,phone for a great price, offer, and a convenient time... until you arrive. Customer care, attitude and service all zero. Manager cursing behind counter, staff unable to complete work due to tyres not being available.

On my spare time, I usually do deliveries with my e-bike and this Tuesday 08/01/2019 I had a big issue since a nightmare syringe, which was on my way, had ripped my tire. So I carried my bike to the closest store in the square and reached Kogarah Tyrepower.

The venue manager ( sr. Barry Stanley) was such a great person and helped me a lot. First of all, he lent his car ( he offered I didn't ask for that ) so I had finished my delivery, after that, I drove to a bicycle store to purchase a new tube. When I returned he fixed my tire and didn't charge for it.

Incredible, I was speechless. I really recommend this place for everyone, sr. Barry Stanley, is more than a great manager, he is a awesome citizen and deserves all the best.
