had a flat, called the guys, solo mum, manager was just leaving and where i was he wld b driving his motorbike passed so he stopped and changed my tyre and i took my car in next day for new tyre, i have been there before 2x

I went to the Figtree NSW branch and received polite and prompt service. I was offered advice on the best type of tyre and also informed about which would be the best value and what promotions were on. The Michelin Primacy 3 tyres I chose were ordered and fitted quickly. Highly recommend!

Adam the manager was a disgrace, tried to sell me 4 Tyres after I went in with a puncture. I refused as I had only brought these 6 months earlier. I have since been to another Tyre shop, they couldn’t believe his nerve. They said he must have a quota to meet. I have never gone back to Tyrepower Diamond Creek and would not recommend going there.

The staff at Warrnambool ‘Garden Tyrepower’ were fantastic. Repaired a punctured tyre, refitted tyre to vehicle and refitted spare in the boot. Old style service with a smile! Great service, great value! Highly recommend.

Took van to Tyrepower Burpengary for regular service. After doing some work to the left front of vehicle I drove the van home and heard a loud noise as I drove into my driveway. Apparently the sway bar had come adrift. I was told it probably was not tightened up properly following repair work in that area. Lucky for us we did not have an accident as it was really windy that day. Tyrepower said the manager would phone me and later the Owner would phone me about what happened and even after writing a letter to them no response either by phone or correspondence has been received.

Called in to make a booking to get a true replaced on my car and the service was impeccable waited all of 5 minuets they the. Took my car in replaced the tyre did not try to up sell me and bang within 20 minutes of me pulling in I was pulling out with s new tyre

I took my car to Tyrepower in Rosebery NSW for a puncture repair without making an appointment. They were able to fix it within an hour. Their customer service was excellent. Couldn't fault them. They remembered my name when I returned. The car was ready when they said it would be. All the staff were polite. The fee was reasonable.

If you are female they up the price by $100 and then when challenged get passive aggressive on you. Changed rear tyres and it was about $250 for my husband. I go there and it was $350 and they tried to up-sell me a wheel alignment. I'll get my mechanic to do that on my regular service. Just change the tyres and stop ripping females off. Also, I have never had so many flats since going to tyre power. No more. I'm going somewhere else.

I have an american car and needed tyres. The wheel size is not one of the more popular sizes so finding the right tyres was not easy. After ringing several tyre companies Tyrepower rang back within in a couple of hours to say they could get the size I needed. They ordered them and tyres arrived the next day. Another call from them and the next afternoon they were on the car.

I made my purchase in person; they made a call as my magnas tyre size has been discontinued; but they got slightly bigger ones to fit the rims.

I am very pleased with the service on my vehicle as well as my customer service. Mount Gambier Store (Buisicks).
Every aspect from the quote, the time and date, the works carried out and the customer service is nothing short of brilliant. Also a loan car was provided and on another occasion I was dropped off and picked up. Offered an account and a follow up call was made. Very impressed.

Just had a new set of tyres fitted to my Isuzu Mux by Tyrepower Port Macquarie and couldn't be happier. I did a lot of searches and even the online stores were more expensive for the tyres I chose.
