It is very disappointing to work as a driver partner for Uber.
I find Uber as a company very arrogant, a bully, inconsistent with their drivers partners policies and an exploiter of their driver partner for their own selfish goal as a company.

Uber approach of treating drivers is that ‘ is there way all the time and no other way ever when there approach is unjust to drivers.

Driver didn’t drop me off at the right Location despite me asking three times. I have been down the lane way with no issues previously disgusting uber won’t be using you again your not the only app. The car also stuck and was poor quality

I was coerced to change my trip destination because driver suggested it did not appear . I felt pressured and forced as I was already in the cab and then was charged triple the fare estimate of initial estimate . Then I rechecked same trip on arrival and was indicated 3x less.
UBER SUPPORT have said this is my fault for changing the destination . Your driver pressured me into this situation and support still unable to clarify why I was put in this situation .
Where are the driver standards going?

I bought a new vehicle for making money driving for Uber, I’ve been driving for 6 months with a perfect rating and no complaints, when I renewed my rego and updated details with Uber they tell me I can’t drive for them anymore, my car had a 5 star ancap rating and this year they gave a 4 star rating, so that’s it, I can no longer earn a living due to ubers redlicous red tape.

Haven't used Uber before and probably never again! I travelled with my young daughters and I was picked up by a guy in extremely ripped jeans, pretty much exposing his whole legs, hardly any denim left, so a bad impression from the start. But to make it worse, he was texting and scrolling on his mobile during 90% of the ride. My girls and I were so nervous as he was swerving a lot as he wasn't concentrating on the road. So unprofessional, he looked scruffy and put our lives in danger. We were so happy to get out of that car. Will be calling Sheba next time!

Uber hire racist drivers in Melbourne Australia. A Muslim driver has refused to accept two passengers on the basis they were carrying ham in their bags. Racist scumbag and racist employer will never use them again.

Uber will not accept police checks from any organisation other than through their partner organisation, ncc National Crime Check for $30 (not even from the federal police)!!!
There are much cheaper nationally certified police checks (half the price)!
This is madness
If you sign up with menulog same story, but $40 different company again... and they wont accept ubers and vice versa either!

I am a driver. I went out during one of Uber's promotion timeframes and did three consecutive trips. They did not pay me according to the promotion. I messaged them and their reply was that i had rejected a trip during the consecutive trips which is absolutely not the case, so i requested they send me a copy of the trip run where this rejected trip would be evident and they did not. I recommend anyone considering being a driver to go to Ola or the new DiDi. Uber is a rip off.

I was uber eat driver and someone complained about me without any reason, customer complaint that someone else delivered the food so they permanently closed my account, reason for delivering food by my husband is that I was pregnant and the night was raining, I was insecure about my safety so he just handed the food and I explained everything to uber staff and they didnt listened me, till that time I bought the car at finance and applied to accerdiation they said you cant drive the Uber X now as well I was so upset and I requested them to continue my app even did apologies for that coz I was not aware for my mistake so at the end thats worst experience I got and m in totally in stressed now ....
