Not impressed
Driver couldn't find me standing out the front of the building. He messaged me saying I'm here, where are you? I told him where I was, he replied back IK, coming. I'm clueless when it comes to technology so im not sure what IK means I then went to check the app to find out he cancelled the ride. No explaination why, he left me stranded in a shopping centre with 3 heavy bag of dog food in the cold and rain. ack home. I had to borrow money from someone so i could get another uber. NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL. I want my money back. This is his wrong doing not mine so I shouldnt be charged for him being unprofessional. Uber drivers don't care if they cancel and charge you $10, because it's not their money. Its too easy for the drivers to cancel, if something is too "hard" they will just cancel your ride. They do not care about their customers or business.Similar opinion? Can't go online
I uploaded my documents to start to be an uber driver. When l finished uploading in the uber app, l technically was able to start the trips. But for no reason the app is not going online. I contacted several times uber to help me to identify what was the issue. They said my profile was able to start the trips but it wouldn't start. I have already uninstalled and installed again the app, rebooted my mobile, and even tried in a different device. So the problem is not with my mobile. Since then l'm still unable to do the trips and uber is not answering me anymore. This has taken 1 month now. I hope this review will help me to figure it out.

Unprofessional driver made my sister and I very feel uncomfortable in his car
Today my sister and I had a ride with a very rude and aggressive driver from auburn in Sydney! My sister is pregnant and she used sanitizer to rub into her hand! the Highway which was far from our address! We wrote for Uber twice but no one responded to me yet BUT I received the message that why we had a verbal attack to the driver today !!!! Very disappointing! They didn’t know what happened to us today but they sent us a kinda complaint letter to take their driver side ! We are so disappointed in this case why Uber doesn’t have a good customer service while we are a loyal customer for Uber! No one is responsible if something could go wrong with this ride ! I can’t believe how unprofessional they have been
This isn’t the first time Uber has acted up. Even back when I was just a rider there was a time where a driver couldn’t find me and cancelled which cost me $10.
They are now unprofessional to their drivers as well. I have been trying to contact them about an issue for a week and when I message their social media accounts they tell me to email them, and I’ve emailed them 3 times with the same copy paste response that they’ll get back to me. It’s been about a week and a half and I have had no help.
Uber is a joke.

Trip Requests Limitation
I’m student using bicycle with uber driver application for earning money to run my kitchen in Australia, especially during Corona Virus Outbreaks. But one day, I got a report from customer, he/she said that I drove a wrong vehicle, and Uber send me a warning message, and I gave to Uber that I have never driven any vehicle except my bike and I haven’t had any license to drive any vehicle else except my bike. 1-2 hour at the same area in the same time. Uber have limited my account and haven’t send trips to me frequently. That is really a bad treatment to driver when they haven’t believed in their partners. Currently, it have still happened to me, I can’t adapt my living with this limitation.Similar opinion? Hopeless support team
Support office can not do their job. Hopeless! Every time when you ask to do something they just simply delete all the docs and ask to reupload all again. This is what happens when you higher idiots on board

Worst drivers
Uber needs to train their drivers more on road rules and courtesy to other drivers
I have been cut off by so many uber drivers in the last few months and have complained to UBER with no response
Would never use uber they are the worst and they rip you off with the stupid pricing

I feel I was screwed by Uber I drove for 17 months had good ratings reviews no issues 16 1/2 months later they did a second background check blocked my account the second background check had the same as the first one there was no changes so I feel Uber screwed me because I was new to my city and need a drivers. the review system needs to be changed, it’s so wrong that someone gives u a 2 because there having a bad day, so over it and not far to the drivers we work so hard to keep everything cleaned for them time to quit

Unpleasant
First time using Uber. My cat needed an emergency visit to the veterinary clinic. I didn't have a car at the time and it was noted that I needed a lift to an animal hospital, so it was a no brainer that I'd have an animal with me, but to be sure I also noted that I will have a cat with me. The driver arrives and immediately locks his car door as I was pulling it open.
I understand they may have allergies to pet fur and all, but my ordeal has left me quite sour. Rather than explaining why he's refusing me service, the man just locks his door and asks "Is that a pet?" (Mind you, my cat was in a carrier) I said "yes", And his response was "no" and he drives off, as he was pulling away, he yells at me to cancel the service on the app.

Disgusting and worst customer service
Disgusting customer service hung up in my face order still hasn’t come 1 hours later when my house is a 3minute drive away from the pick up decides to take 2 other orders on a bicycle and go to a drop off that is 30 + minutes away on a bike.

Terrible customer support
Their support is terrible for drivers. They simply don't value their drivers, and of course there are some dodgy drivers who deserve a bad rap, but most work really hard and are honest. Just uploading documents with the APP is difficult and support say "do this, then call back in 15mins when you have done it". So we call back in 15mins and suddenly their office is now closed for the night. They simply don't care.

100 Monopoly and 0 Transparency
I had an issue with my uber account as a driver after 2 weeks of making it, and uber decided to cancel my account without asking anything from my side. I spent over $300 to make it to that point. Worst thing is they don't provide any reason for that decision. Be careful with uber because they do whatever they want.

Lots of bad riders.
Been driving for 2 years. Have a 4.91 rating which was a lot higher but due some bad customers who rated me 1 for nothing.
I’m annoyed reading these reviews of drivers saying we are the worst. I’ve had customers drink in my car and eat when I’ve asked nicely not too and one customer want to take drugs.
It’s about time riders take some responsibility for their actions. We are not slaves we are working hard and our cars are out office so please respect us and we will respect you.

Worst services for driver partner
I have incident where my vehicle and other property damaged by rider. I have raised police complaint for the same and got response from police department that uber is not ready to share detail of rider.
I contacted uber numerous times to get this issue resolved but never got response from uber even after two month of incident.

Non existent support for drivers even when your vehicle gets severely damaged
Non existent and arrogant support Uber provides to its drivers who literally are the working force is non existent. Rider damages your $65K vehicle in immaculate condition and Uber responds with ignorant generic message that they won’t offer any compensation even though I have to replace the entire door card to fix the damage. The damaged piece is riveted into the door card so the whole door card has to be replaced.

Toll road
Dodgy drivers these days. They don't ask you if you want to go through toll roads. They follow their gps which is highly likely set to take toll roads without you being aware. You get charged the toll knowing that they can go through a rpute which is the same duration/route

Don't give a damn about drivers ...stay away
Their ranking system gives full control to uber and the riders but the person at loss is always the driver.
Uber only cares about the bottom line and does not give any care about the people who are actually delivering the promised service.
And worst if all when you call the support only stock standard responses provided

Avoid Pedro Victor.
Second time in Sydney, usually had brilliant uber drivers except for one today. The first I had today was honestly the best driver ever and called me when unsure on location. The next driver texted me to go to a location furthest away from my pick up spot. I am very unfamiliar with the city so struggled finding the location. When I arrived at the location the driver literally drove off in my face. Very bad communication skills and a genuinely rude human.

Uber kenya review
I've been using uber for longest time ever, but my experience in my home country Kenya was the worst. I requested for ride and if call the drive, they ask you the location where you are and you had to guide them via phone call to your destination and to where you heading to and if the drive feel that it's not favourable to his liking he ask you to cancel. The GPS doesn't either work well either or the kenyan uber driver needs more professional training. Many of time i had to cancel my trips. Some drivers even stated that if they take you to certain area they will not find any request within the area. It was so stressful experience
