Uber is the worst - tried to get a ride after a cricket game at the Gabba, was assigned driver after driver who each cancelled as the fare was obviously not too their liking. Then a driver waiting said he would take me for $50 cash - almost triple wha it should be - the bloody cheek. There is no way in the world they should be able to pick and choose fares - leaving people on the side of the road in the night just because they want to look after themselves.

Driver didn't show up to pick up address. Then he call me to say to go out .I was waiting on driveway no one was there .
Driver didn't show up to pick up address. He called me to say come out I was on driveway no one was there I said you not outside he never answered he hang up on me and charge me cancellation fee of $10 .very bad driver and bad uber .I well never ever ride uber

These drivers very rarely turn up and cancel 99% of the time if they get a higher paying job. One day they will leave the wrong person stranded so pick up your game Uber! If I could give them a minus 5 I would.

So much for confirmation of booking.
Pre booked night before for next morning.
The driver sat at home 38min away waiting for me to cancel. So he can pick up $17 cancellation fee. I watched on the app. 9.30 booking still 38min away. 10.15 still 38min away . Wouldnt respond to phone call or messages. Yet there were about 5 cars in my area. Anyway not happy uber.
I ended up getting a cab and have told everyone about my experience and will keep telling everyone. Terrible customer service

Booked uber at my normal pick-up area but uber driver was at a different area he called me to say he's ready to pick me up i told him he's a different area and can he come to me he said no i have to cancel and rebook uber but uber app said i have to pay $10 cancellation fee i pressed no so i rebooked uber again and he came to me and picked me up .. but uber charged me $10 cancellation fee .. i was totally scammed .. uber doesn't have complaints section on their app or website

I hired the Uber Rideshare on Saturday 09/07/2022 and included 3 stops. Home to pick up my dinner and back home. When i entered the car the driver wasn't even wearing the mask and didn't follow proper Covid-19 protocols whereas the cases have again on the rise. So it is compromising the rider's safety, Mental health and well being. The Car also had problems with the tyres and diskpad. Uber blocked my account on false allegations on behalf of the driver. Customer service never contacted me. So a decision has been made Uber as a company should be closed down and there is zero tolerance for pathetic customer service

Booked an uber from Adelaide airport this morning. He cancelled my trip one minute out from picking me up. I tried to rebook but uber could not connect me to another driver. After trying 5 times I finally got a another driver only to be quoted almost double my original fare. The world famous Uber Surge charge . I got a taxi instead which turned out to be $5 cheaper than my original uber fare. I will be getting taxis and Uber competitors from now on. The original driver turned up and picked up someone else.

For the 6th separate time the drivers cancelled after accepting our booking. Uber doesn't care if it is late at night and raining and you are dependant on their services. Worst possible service if any business. You should be ashamed of your driver's. Don't use them. If too hard for them I assure you that they could not care one bit.

Please do NOT ever use Uber, do yourself a service to get TAXI. Uber Brisbane, didnt show up to pick son from school, booked for 3.15pm, waited since 3.10pm (school finish) to 3.45pm. The driver (most likely) self cancelled the job & Uber charged $16 cancellation fees. AVOID Uber at all cost

Scheduled Uber ride to airport. After driver completed drop off, received notification that our ride canceled. Then it happen all over again. Manikanta was 2nd driver. My rating is 4.9

Screw this company!! Ordered a uber from my home address(the account that I get ubers too 3+ times a week) get charged for trips/meals that never happen. This company is dodgy as hell, 100 percent don't recommend. Screw you guys!!

Uber is an unreliable and unsafe service. Drivers pick up jobs and cancel making it very difficult to get home and potentially unsafe. Not a dependable service. They destroyed the taxi industry and now there are limited options.

I booked a uber a few weeks ago for myself and my frail blind elderly mum. We got in the uber he didn't even wait for us to put our belt on and also drove fast and through a red light. When I email this company I get the run around informing me they sacked the driver. Which they didn't cause his still driving uber in the area.
They also expect us to pay for the uber when it was clearly a dangerous situation. I don't recommend them to anyone.

I booked a lift and 4 drivers accepted the fare then cancelled when they realised it was only worth 9 dollars. Why offer a cheap fare if your drivers will cancel
