Change It Back

published

I have been eating Vita Brits as far back as I can remember and much to my dismay discovered the size has recently shrunk. Why do this to your customers? Put the price up if need be, don’t change the product that works!

Purchased in at Coles for $5.

Any Iron in Vita Brits?

published

Trying to find out if Vita Brits have any Iron supplements. No info anywhere even rang the consumer line - no one knows. Also why do we need salt?

Annoying internal wrapping.

The ONLY reason I don’t purchase VitaBrits is the inconvenient internal plastic wrapping.

Love the taste, hate the way they crumble apart

published

I have been a big supporter of VitaBrits, however during this coronavirus period people had wiped the shelves clean of this product and I resorted to the only other alternative available at the time. The Aldi brand. At first I disliked its taste (clearly less salt), but what I grew to love about it was the one thing I most hated about VB. These biscuits are actually packed reasonably tightly and hold together even in milk, unlike VB which fall apart in your hand as you pull them from the package. After many years of loyalty, it is time for me to move on to what I believe is a better product. Get your act together UT, make up your mind if you're going to provide a properly packed brick or a box of flakes.

Purchased in at Woolworths Physical store.

Fresh and cockroach free

published

I won't be buying this product again as you cannot properly seal them once opened, unlike weetbix which has large seal bag

just bought 2 packets of 1kg vita brits, very long time consumer, more than 40 years. Noticed boxes are different one is noticebly taller, this made me curious, so purchased both. Have only opened smaller box and have noticed that the taste is different, reading labels of ingredients are very similar although the smaller shaped box makes mention of lupins. other box does not, what is going on, regards Chris.

It seems your decision to source vitabrits overseas is profit driven. I believe your sales will go through the floor as the taste which is nothing like I have been eating for 50 years will become a massive liability. I wouldn’t be surprised that you will either be forced to sell the brand possibly within 12 months if anyone will buy it or It will disappear from the shelves.
Because there has been so much criticism would you consider reverting back to “made in Australia from Australian produce” even if you need to sell it off to another manufacturer? Currently sourcing alternate breakfast serial.
