Excellent Service

They supplied the wrong part due to a labeling error but fixing that was no problem. In less than a week the wrong part was returned and the right one delivered. AusPost was also very good. I have a 30year old machine so the part was expensive but otherwise I’d have to throw out a great machine - glad they still carry the parts. Definitely would deal with again. Quick, knowledgeable and great customer service.

I ordered 2 different chargers for 2 different Stick Vacuums...I was told one was not in stock and would take 2 -3 weeks to deliver. I was told to save on postage that the other item would wait until the charger arrived and both would be sent together.
After 3 weeks I received the charger I was waiting for but the second charger didnt arrive. I was told that it would be sent immediately. 3 days later the incorrect charger arrived. Now I have to deal with the cost of return postage and either a refund or wait for the correct item to be delivered and possible and extra postage charge.

Placed an order with them, only to be notified the item is out of stock and they will ship when they get stock. They immediately took my money for the the item I ordered however cannot delivery the goods as advertised.

PLEASE AVOID I choose them over ebay and paid more because I thought they were in Australia and would be more reliable and faster.

Bought a filter weeks ago, paid with credit card and two days later, unauthorised use appeared!someone used $1000+ in a cloth store in UK!!!!! I have never used credit card online for anything but this "VacuumSpot", so, go figure.

Ordered new Dyson filter as original one fell apart so no suction. Ordered part on one Tuesday and it arrived following Monday. Vacuume. now has suction like it had originally. Would recommend them highly. Still waiting for Dyson to ring me back

Ordered from their website for DC07 model HEPA filter ...got something else to suit another model ...the diameter of the filter was too large to fit the DC07, had to return it (postage cost was mine). Ordered it via UK website and got the right thing.
I was polite, yes I did know what I wanted, etc ...but they never acknowledged that they had got it wrong. Disappointing! plus a waste of my time and $7.50 postage to return.

New Motor M044 for Dyson DC08.

Burnt the motor out in my Dyson DC08. Was going to go to Dyson for help but decided to search youtube. Found VacuumSpot tutorials on dismantling and replacing the motor but most importantly putting it all back together. Ordered new motor and filters, 3 days later I had the vacuum all clean and working like a new one. Thoroughly recommend to anyone.

I live in regional NSW. I ordered a vacuum on the Tuesday, and the company phoned me an hour later to confirm the order, and to advise that it would mostly likely arrive on the Friday. It turned up the next day (Wednesday). Could not have been easier if they had a shop in town.

Delivered in full. After initially receiving an email that there would be a short delay, the goods were dispatched the next day. All delivered and correct.


BAD SERVICE but took money

Ordered on line end of November. No mention of the goods not being in stock. Took payment straight away . Rang as goods had not arrived a week later to be advised stock not in and would be a week, rang a week or two later as goods had not arrived still to then be told by new manager items would now not be in till mid /end of January and yet they still had my payment.. Shocking service.. .THEY NEVER rang once...
