I couldn't find bags for my very old Volta Vacuum cleaner, not even from a very well known company, after nearly thinking i may have to throw the cleaner away i found Vacuumspot, they had what i needed, sounds stupid but it made me very happy to find bags to fit it. i'm very happy with them, and the service Vacuumspot provided me. We had to dismantle a Dyson DC08 Vacuum Cleaner. We were so fortunate to find Alec on U Tube. What a legend! His skilful dissertation accompanying his demonstration was amazing. Nothing was left to chance and the explanation was as good as any teacher. When we had to buy parts, Alec again came to the fore. He was informative and cared about me as a person not just a client. I purchased an Electrolux Ultra Active Aeropro Turbo Head on VacuumSpot's recommendation as our original (Non-Turbo) head had snapped.

I am so glad I rang VacuumSpot and got Kerry's advice as this head is far superior to the original (without the turbo head) and for only an extra $10 it was a no-brainer. She also found the right filters to suit my vacuum in a starter pack which came with everything i needed.

Being new to repair of vacuums, I wrote asking for some advice/tips after finding your videos online. Painstaking step by step advice (with accompanying videos) was sent back to me by [name removed]. Really simple to operate site and friendly knowledgeable phone advice. I found the site after a simple google search for Nilfisk Vacuum Bags as i couldn't find what I needed at Myer (where I actually bought the vacuum). There was so many different options for nilfisk bags I had no idea there were so many but I wasn't 100% sure which were for my machine. After a 2 minute phone call I had the information I needed from very friendly staff memeber and I could order what I needed off teh site. They had PayPal which I loved and had the bags delivered by the end of the week.
