Hello, I just bought the starry night humidifier and as soon as the tank is full and put into place ALL of the water comes out of it very quickly. It appears it all comes out of the cap from the spring being compressed by the base tray. How can this be resolved?

It does not produce any mist (visible) and I can't find it soothing the nostrils either. Where can I get my money back or get it exchanged for normal vaporiser ?
