I am so happy with this company :) I was initially worried because of the bad reviews, but it's so silly - they are great. Communication with staff is reliable and I received my package of makeup within two weeks - it was super fast. Items were also exactly as described so I'm very happy. Thank you very much, I will definitely be adding this company on my list of go-to online stores.

I was hesitant to order after reading other reviews, but I was aware they were USA based prior to ordering- I always read the 'about us' links first! I ordered nailpolish not available in Australia and it arrived today, 16 days after I ordered it. Am happy with the whole process.

6 weeks plus later still no goods, won't respond to my emails and no chance of a refund.
Shocking!!!

Bought an item, took 2 months to arrive, and I was sent someone else's order! Refused to refund me, and now wont reply to my emails.

Ordered from Australia to New Zealand to discover that shipment is from the USA. Well 6 weeks later and still no delivery. Customer service wants to put the blame on customs and couriers, but I am really coming to believe that this company is running an international scam under Australian branding. They were also not willing to do a refund when queried.

If I had known when ordering I'd be waiting more than a month I wouldn't have bothered. I ordered at the beginning of August, it's now 2nd September and my parcel still hasn't arrived. The prices may be cheaper but you'll be waiting a while. Only order if you're not in a hurry for your items. I won't order through Vitamin Grocer again.

I love it sooooo much <3 Definitely was not expecting it to arrive so fast. My order traveled from the US to Australia in just 1 week, arriving today yaaay! Everything looks in tiptop condition with an epic expiry 3 years from now, they took very good care in shipping and packaging etc etc. Overall I'm very very, well and truly satisfied! Prices are pretty good too if you include the free shipping XD twas an amazing experience. I recommend it to everyone :) Very good range in vitamins and pet products. Lately, I discovered vitamingrocer.com.au when I was looking a product for my budgies. They were picking feathers and itching with no reason. And I found this beautiful oil brand on this side. My budgies r so happy now so am I. And this company is a little treasure, they have all sorts of products from USA but somehow with a little postage charge!! So convenient for everything.. I d like to share with you..

Oh man the same as me. The .com.au got me. Took a week to get a shipping number. Bad thing is the stuff I ordered was quite vital for my health and still waiting. Been waiting maybe 2 weeks now and from what I can see it still hasnt left the united states

Disappointed that company is in USA looks to be in Australia. Now I need to wait 3 weeks for product I need next week Now I will have to reorder from an genuine Australia website. Why trick people and when it says Vitamin Grocer Australia be in Australia not USA and have it on top of website stating we are in USA

Cheap, but you'd better be prepared to wait. And wait. Even though they have gone to the trouble of setting up an Australian website, there is no local warehouse. Everything comes from the U.S. and even then it takes them three working days to even process the order. They send it "First Class Post", which does not equate to first class service or delivery time - in my case over two weeks. However, according to them, a month is acceptable. A month! To save a few bucks, not worth it in my opinion.
