Good taste and good for you
I have always enjoyed soy milk but I prefer to use low fat milk so I was pleased to see this on the market. It does indeed taste milky and pleasant without the unpleasant fatty taste I assocciate with full creamy milk or soy products. It is supposed to be good for people with high cholesterol, not sure yet but time will tell.
Great flavour,healthy

Tastes great
My sister doesn't drink 'normal' milk so our fridge was always stocked with VitaSoy Original or Lite which I inadvertently took a liking to in my cups of tea. She refuses to buy anything but VitaSoy claiming that the others don't taste as good.
I can't say I've tasted many others but VitaSoy is thick, creamy and has just the right flavour :) will definetely buy this brand in future, despite the cost.
Great texture and taste
Can be a bit more expensive than the other brands

Delicious creamy taste without any nasties
Vitasoy is a trusted name in the global soy food industry. The Vitasoy Lite Soy Milky beverage is an outstanding member of their product range.
The key benefit of this product is it contains only 1.6 grams of sugar per 100 mls. With 3 grams of protein per 100 mls it is comparable to the other soy beverages.
Although it contains only 1.5 grams of fat is has a thick, creamy taste that is sure to satisfy. It could actually be watered down if you are on a budget or want to further reduce the calorie content.
It contains 300 mg of calcium per 250...Read more

As I said up above, be careful not to generalise about all the types of Vitasoy, as the "Vitasoy Original" doesn't have vegetable gum (417) in the ingredients...not in Aug 2014 anyway.

Where can i buy this from..?

Hi briony, I usually buy mine in UHT form from the supermarket but I've noticed they're now doing a cold form in the normal milk section! Hope that helps :)
Most supermarkets stock it, and if your local one doesn't, just ask them to get it in for you. By the way, I now prefer the Vitasoy Creamy Original :))
Coles and Woolworths both have it.

"without any nasties"
According to Professor of clinical medicine at the University of Iowa, Dr J. Tobacman, "review of 45 studies of the effects of the gum (carrageenan), also known as E407, is convinced that it can cause gastro-intestinal cancers." That sounds quite nasty...It Contains Carrageenan!
