Phones are OK, but Phonebook horrible for single person

published

This set has 3 phones which ring simultaneously and the system has the ability to transfer calls between phones. Each phone has its own phonebook with up to 100 entries available which is great if 3 different people are using the phone separately. HORRIBLE if one person is using all three in different places as you have do each entry 3 times. Different ring tones can be used for different people and the answering machine is great. The phones seem to click and buzz though, as if you are being spied on by "Big Brother". Quite off-putting. The base that the phone sits on throws the phone off at an angle rather than sitting up straight.

How do I extend the ring tone (when someone calls) As it only rings 3times and we can't get to it. Not happy with this. Read the manual back to front, can't find an answer. Thankyou
