Had a family Q for almost 12 months now and and would say it is the best BBQ I have owned. The cooking system with the lid down makes grilling or roasting really simple and easy to get great results. It is much more efficient with a more even heat than our previous BBQ so cooking time is reduced and the meat cooks much more evenly. I also love the fat drainage system - no more of the tray with the fat soaker/kitty litter which I used to hate cleaning. Can't fault it.

I bought this at a sale on boxing day from Myers. I used it over New Year gatherings. The bbq was loved by the all family. The taste was perfect. The meat was tender. It is a bit heavy to move but easy to clean. Easy to cook food on it. The gas bottle is easy to install. I keep it under a cover and love my Weber Family Q. Made bbq easy

This is by far the greatest appliance I have ever owned. I would love to have better temp control but this is a small detail. I cooked our Christmas turkey on it this year and it was the most amazing turkey I have ever done. It cooks a thick rib eye perfectly

Love to look, feel and practicality of this BBQ. It cooks your food beautifully, if you follow the instructions carefully. Takes a little getting used to if comparing to standard Bbq’s But in our opinion makes the food taste so much better than traditional BBQ’s. Steaks taste sublime as do veggies. You can apparently bake on them too but tbh I’ve never tried.

Very easy to use! I love that its easy to move around so I can clean outside and move the BBQ out of the way. Cleaning is easy, I purchased the additional BBQ cover for it as well and it fits like a glove easy to put on and take off. The BBQ cooks so well I'm considering getting some attachments including the pizza oven. Gas bottle is stored under neath out of the way so its quite neat

This cooks perfectly and is very easy to use. Can move it anywhere we want to.It is very economical to run. Cooks the best steaks and chicken especially on the rotisserie. My husband cooks all our meals on the bar-b-q and he always gets compliments from our guests. We love our Weber.

The flavor is fantastic and it cooks meat very quickly if it’s been preheated. I’ve done steak, lamb chop, bacon, eggs and veggies on the BBQ and roasted chicken on it. All came out really yummy. The only thing it doesn’t have is a side burner for stir fry but I can get a separate burner anyway.

When we have a family BBQ party, we always use this Weber BBQ.
It’s easy to control the strongness of fire and the result is very nice!
Normally we used to very weak fire to cook grilled meat, sasauge and pineapples.
We can clean very easily (better than built-in BBQ).
This is also very compact size so it is easy to store.

I don't cook much but when I do it is always on my Webber Q3200AU.

Cooks the best steaks and chicken, always receives compliments from guests.

Easy to clean.

Very economical to run, gas bottle lasts ages.

I've heard Webber customer service is unmatched, although I've never had to contact them.

This is easily the best bbq ever and worth absolutely every cent!
It's very easy to use and clean. The cooking of steaks is something else, the temperature is perfect and heats the meat evenly. Once you use a Weber you don't regret or question why you bought it or the price

Really love the flavour that you get with one of these, my favourite is chargrilled vegetables which turn out perfectly every time. We often take it camping and cook all our meals including cakes and bread in it so its really versatile. Will probably look at getting a Baby Q for camping in future as it would be more portable.

The weber bbq is very easy to use, and extremely easy to move around, we collapse it and take it on nearly every day trip now it folds easy and lifts off the stand, and together with a small gas canister makes the ultimate on the go and stay at home bbq

Was a little nervous when first purchasing this BBQ due to the cost in comparison to other products. I love the cooking results with all we have cooked in it so far and the simplicity in using it. Needs little time to heat up before use, can be moved to different spots to cook. Will be using it for other items soon as we have just purchased some of the additional components. Further improvement could be made to future models by using the bottom for storage of extra items.

We have owned and enjoyed our Family Q for over 4 years without it missing a beat. Basically it is a BBQ that is perfect for a family of four at a reasonable cost and you can cook anything on it perfectly from Roast Chicken to Steaks.

Im writing this review becuase I want people to know how good Webers after sales service is. Our Burner Ring started to not function incorrectly just before Xmas. I sent them an email requesting a replacement and without question I received a new set via courier 4 days later. This sort of service is almost unheard of today. There was no wheres your receipt etc etc. Well done Weber you have a cusomter for Life!

I purchased the family weber q 18 months ago and have never looked back.
It cooks the meat perfectly every time not to mention how well it can do a roast to die for.
Roasting is a breeze with the roasting trivet and trays.
I really like the new black model it stands out from the original color
