I did my research on the appliances I wanted and sent an email to Webprice to get a quote. Was very happy with pricing and service. Was even told of an impending price rise and how to maintain the price even tho it was a bit early for my timelines for installation. This was to maximise my waranty period and to keep the initial price.

Purchased a Samsung 65 inch LED Smart tv at a much lower price than what is available at Good Guys or JB Hi Fi. Was a bit skeptical at first on spending alot of money through an online store, but after reading into webprice.com.au it is owned and operated by a large reputable organization - whom in turn supply to major retailers like Myers. They also have a warehouse and customer service centre in Camberwell.

Upon placing an order, I was immediately given a call to confirm order and delivery details. Product was delivered the very next day. Very happy customer.

I purchased a large split system airconditioner worth over $2,200. Given the amount of money I was worried about the service and delivery. However I had excellent communication with this store responded promptly to my emails. They delivered the unit by courier within the agreed timeframe and alleviated my concerns about on line buying with this store.

I don't often write reviews, but webprice deserves this one. I was looking for a new home theater system, and found it listed on webprice at a good price. I ordered it that morning, and by the afternoon had a phone call from them letting me know they were processing it, and confirmed the price. When it arrived in their warehouse I got another phone call to let me know. Within 1 week of ordering I had it delivered to me (in rural Australia). Great work!
Great Service, Great Product

I have been too suspicious in the past to buy an appliance online, but the great price for the Fisher & Pykel french door fridge i wanted was too good to ignore! So I was comforted by the fact that Web Price have a bricks and mortar establishment in Melbourne. It was nice to deal with a local company and not once talk to a computer. Their customer care is impeccable.

I spoke to [name removed] about 4.55pm one evening to order a fridge as Webprice had the best price by far.He told me he would phone straight away to see if it was available. Within minutes he had secured rhe fridge I wanted and it was delivered within 3 days. Couldn't ask for faster and more efficient service .

As soon as I paid via Internet, I received an email and a phone call making sure that order is correct. I added easily 3 extra years of guarantee. Two calls from delivering company followed to set up suitable time. The delivery was quick and professional. The refrigerator looks and works perfect.

I was shopping for a new plasma TV and my searches showed that webprice.com.au had the lowest price. I placed an order and soon after this I received a courtesy phone call from the friendly team to verify the order, confirm my details and advise an ETA for delivery. The TV was shipped very promptly and was in my living room within a few days (with the courier calling ahead to arrange a suitable delivery time). Great service, regular updates, excellent product and price-point

I was skeptical at first because I had not heard of them. However after a quick phone call and talking with [name removed] he put my mind at ease. Item was not in stock and was put on back order, they did not want a deposit even though the item was expensive. Got a call in a few days saying my item was ready, I wanted to pick up to keep the costs down and they were more the obliging. Pick up location in VIC was easy to find and the staff were friendly. Next time I am after some electrical goods i will check Webprice first!.
