The only way would be to call them. They ignore all email support requests. Good luck, I hope it works for you.
Seems to be covered on their website or suggest ringing them rather than hope the public will know.

These get up dated qiet a bit so its points would most likely be a bit out of wake woth the new system but if your simply using as a point of reference before choosing it couldnt hurt.

I am a lifetime member and want to return (persistent baby weight or I eat too much...lol) Can anyone tell me what the meeting cost is for lifetime members these days?
4 answers
Not sure about lifetime members but not much change from $30.00! for regular members to go weekly. But now they stopped allowing you to pay weekly at the meeting.....you have to sign up on www & lock into a payment contract.....DON'T DO IT!!!
I two are a lifetime member,I rejoined last week,it was $24.90 and again today,I think that is appalling,I will not pay that just to step on the scales!
I am a lifetime member I refuse to pay $24.00 a week,I have joined a community weight loss group costing which is $30 joining fee and $4 a week we also raise money through trading tables and donations from our club for charitys, also we can buy tea or coffee before the meeting.international weight watchers stopped members to purchase coffee before meeting the last I was there.just look in your local paper for clubs in your area.

I am vegetarian. Do weight watchers cater for vegetarians?
3 answers
Yes the programme does cater for vegetarians quite well - it is very flexible
Hi, I'm not 100% sure sorry. I'm think it would be fine though. You tend to lead your own food choices, once you know the principals behind their program you pick any food you like and tally the points for example. They have points for pretty much all foods, not just basics. Their menu books are great too, with plenty of variety and you could easily deduct points for the animal product you dont add to the dish. I'm pregnant now and not doing it but will het back on track after birth. All the best!!!
Yes, they totally do! If you are going to meetings, your leader will help you. If you are just tracking, etc, then you just eat 'healthily' as you normally would, but count the points. Weight Watchers is based on points now, now specific food group requirements, so it is very flexible and easy to adapt to any dietary requirement.
