The size needed from wellies online was 2 larger than normal which meant I almost spent more on p&p than the wellies! No way to speak to anyone in services.

I ordered a pair of Thomas Cook Deloraine graphite gumboots. However received Thomas Cook Purple gumboots. Fortunately the same size as in the middle of moving house & no time to mess around exchanging. Careless though.

I ordered a lovely pair of boots express post, which did not arrive on time. The tracking was not updated so I have not been able to locate them. There is no contact number on the website, no answer to emails and Facebook messenger reply just told me to wait till someone replies next week. They also told me they will not refund my express post payment as it is not their fault, it is aus post. Worst customer service ever!

My order was lost- customer service told me once an order is posted- its no longer their problem. Turns out they had wrongly addressed it. They grudgingly sent a replacement pair- after a week of me making enquiries. Very rude to me in msgs. Dissapointing experience.

I bought a pair of Wellies (Pipduck Peta Strap Gumboots Mid) from wellies online and was very happy with the delivery time. After wearing the boots twice I found them to be faulty. I contacted the sales team who replied within 24 hours that I needed to send photos. I did this and haven't heard from them since. I've sent multiple emails and now have to call them on my lunch break to try and get something done. Terrible customer service when you need it. Shame really as it was a great experience until then.
