Could have been better

published

Had some electronics replaced under warranty which was ok. Had some issues with drawers and Ice trays braking. Now we are having issues with the alarm going off and we think there is an issue with a temperature sensor. Has some cracking at the bottom. Time for a replacement.

Purchased in August 2021.

Rubbish thin plastic in between top fridge and bottom freezer

published

Fridge works OK but the quality of the plastic in between the 2 compartments are totally inadequate in thickness.
We've Westinghouse fridges all our lives but this will be the last one. I am totally disgusted with the internal thickess and quality of the plastic. It's thinner than paper. Beware of wasting your money. We have 2 splits in there caused by 2 very small jars. Westinghouse never replied to my emails as well, they are becoming a joke!!!! I bet they won't even reply to this review either.

WBE5100SB (510L, Stainless Steel)

Hi I have a WBE5100SB-R and it has just started flickering the fridge light, when this happens the display also cuts out. I have removed the bulb and this still happens also. When I cover the sensor for the door the display stays on and everything operates as it should it’s only when it’s trying to switch the lights on with door open. Could this problem be in the display module?
Otherwise great fridge!
