This oven is the worst oven I have ever had.
I had the non fan forced model before I got this one as the other model was deemed not suitable for baking cakes. The fan forced model is slightly better but you have to keep turning the cake regularly during cooking otherwise it cooks unevenly. I can't wait till I have enough money to buy another brand.

Does everything we want well
We live in a small unit and wanted to upgrade the old stand alone unit. We wanted fan forced, easy to clean and control knobs out of reach of grand children.
Can't fault the oven, I like to bake and have cooked many slices and cakes to perfection in this oven. Cooktop coils are easy to clean and cook timer is simple to use.
Grill is also easy to use and clean.
All in all very happy with this purchase

Okay
Good for the price but not perfect, the cook top don't heat like it should, the oven heat circulation is not so good, you have to be close when baking as it can burn the food. The hot plates changes colour after the first use and turn to yellow immediately.

Great addition to a functional kitchen!
This is a great oven for its price and features - heats food well and the hot plates are effective and easy to clean. Fan force feature speeds up cooking and makes reheating a breeze. Highly recommended, particularly for ease of use, price point and ability to clean. A nice addition to a small, though functional, kitchen.

Good & does its job
Our new WLE527WA cooker actually replaced an old version of same brand, though this new one has a fan forced oven.
With the many cooks so far, the oven cooks great & food cooks nice & even. The hot plates work well also & am pleased this model has the large hot plate coil ring at the front of the stove, so large pots can be used.
My only very slight negative comment would be the outside of the oven & surroundings of hot plates seem to become hotter than the old model use to, so one must beware.
So far so good & would recommend to anyone wanting a good general overall oven.

Grest Stove
Just purchased this a week ago and we are very happy with the way it cooks. Stove top is quick to heat and the oven works well. We especially like that it does NOT have a 'cooling fan' and chose it because of that fact. Cooks a roast well and quick to boil and cook on the stove top. Like that it is an Australian product - replaced an older gas stove we had for over 20 years - also a Westinghouse - and briefly had another brand which we were not happy with. My wife prefers it to cooking on gas. The Good Guys were really good to deal with. Cheers

I am very unhappy with this oven. The recommended fan forced temperature for items I have baked is too slow. I have to bake slices on 'non fan forced' oven temperature recommendations and even then, many times the slice hasn't properly cooked in the centre. These are slices I have been cooking for many years. I previously had a Westinghouse oven (15 years) which was consistent and reliable. I contacted Westinghouse who suggested I replace my old baking trays for new shiny ones even though these old trays cooked items well in my previous oven. This did not improve the situation. I am at the stage where I am seriously considering selling the oven and purchasing a different brand.
We purchased our stove with the coils a few weeks ago and really like it. We find it to be all we want in a stove and is fast to heat and easy to control the temperature. We like the fact it does NOT have a cooling fan. Also like that it is an Aussie product. Go for it. Cheers Peter
