We have no such trouble with ours, the only alarm is when the door/s are open for 2 minutes or more, maybe google it, sorry
Check the doors are closed tight or something on the shelf is not leting door close fully or at the back or your shelves you will see vents on every second shelf make sure the top half of them are clear to let your frost free fans circulate the cold air. If there all blocked off your fridge can't get to temp.

Our fridge has just hit 2.5 years old and is flashing CL, has a very loud humming noise that woke us through the night and there is a smell coming from it - familiar to an electrical smell. The middle strip of the fridge is hot to the touch and we have lost coldness in both the fridge and freezer.
I've read lots of people have had similar issues on the side by side fridges from Westinghouse. Is there a current recall on them? A fridge is the kind of product you would have for at least 10 years. My nan has her old fridge, still in working order from 40 years ago. Dissapointed to have this issue 2 years in. Surely a fridge should last longer than that. Does anyone know what CL means?

Yes I had someone from Westinghouse come out and have a look at mine the computer has gone $145 for them to come out and $175 for the computer good luck

Had our fridge for only 2 weeks got home after long weekend put food away in fridge and CL code came up and wouldn’t go off both doors were securely shut. Checked manual NO information at all on error codes in manual. NOT HAPPY AT ALL this is only as I said 2 weeks old we tried to reset by turning main power off and on seems to have worked for now time will tell but I’m still not happy what if it does it again while I’m away

CL flashing. Had our fridge 2.5 years. Had the CL issue and got a new fan replaced under warranty. 10 months later and now CL is flashing again. So mad! Called westinghouse who told me that it's now out of warranty and will cost me to fix. Seems a common problem with this model. Has anyone had theirs fixed twice and it actually live? Or do I need to buy a new fridge??

Hi Frankie, the fridge has rear rollers so you can manoeuvre it around and into position fairly easily. It's a fairly heavy beast though!

I have just bought a WSE6200WA side by side fridge freezer. I CANNOT get the ice twister to sit under the shelf. It doesn't appear to fit both my husband and I have spent the last hour trying everything. Any ideas?

Fixed! The runner under the shelf that holds the ice maker had been installed backwards. It was never going to fit. Harvey Norman were most helpful and exchanged the shelf and ice maker. I must say that WESTINGHOUSE have been less than useless.
