I purchased a house with this dishwasher already installed. It cleans dishes ok. Just need to clean the machine out often otherwise everything comes out dirty. Harder baked on things don't clean well. Also my dishes are still well when the dishes come out. I find it a bit loud as we have an open plan home and sound travels.

So far I have been happy with the Westinghouse dishwasher, very quiet, washes well, doesn't dry amazing but definitely does a good enough job for what I need. I have used a much more expensive brand of dishwasher in the past and I this the quality of the wash is definitely as good as.

Love how easy this dishwasher is to use. It is quiet and we usually run it overnight while we are asleep without noticing. Different settings have been useful, allowing for extra long settings when the dishwasher has a full load. Have found the cutlery draw to be very useful and frees up space inside

It is perfect to clean oily dishes as everytime the dishes come out very clean and dry without any dirt after washing, There are light and heavy washing function. Machine is easy to handle and good function, it does not make a lot of noise when washing dishes and inside the machine has a lot of space so that i can put a lot of dishes to wash each time

Only problem is when pushing bottom drawer back into machine it gets stuck on left hand side and you have to actually lift it away from side of machine to get it in. Is there a solution to this problem. Also power light has to be turned off at finish of cycle would be good if it turned off itself. Otherwise happy with machine.

We're pleased with this Westinghouse dishwasher, it is very easy to use and washes and dries the dishes well. The bottom basket has racks which fold flat so that you can put large dishes or saucepans in easily and the top basket has a useful fold-down spoon rack which also supports wine glass stems. It has a cutlery basket which I like better than the cutlery rack that some machines have. The machine is very quiet and displays the program time and time remaining. The Eco program is the one we use most, with the Fast 30 good if you want to qu...

Cleans very well. We leave it on at night and it purs away and doesnt disturb our sleep or anything. And we have two dogs that are very light sleepers. Good guys were very competitive with the pricing and although I bought it online, I went into a store to view the product and he salesman was great.

This dishwasher started out well. It was quiet, washed well, etc. Just after the warranty period was over (2 years), it started going pear-shaped. After receiving a myriad of fault codes, I fixed the drain motor, heater/diverter assembly, etc. I then called Westinghouse/Electrolux trying to get a parts diagram, and was promptly told to call a distributor, or they could send a technician out at a time of their choosing. I managed to fix 3 fault codes and keep it going for another 3-6 months, then an F9 "Flow position" error developed. I have ver...
Read moreified that both the top and bottom spray arm are functioning correctly, and this looks like an electronic problem with the main board. Why would I bother fixing this junk any more? Especially when they design it so that individual components of the heater/diverter assembly can't be replaced without it leaking like a sieve. I should have been alluded to the poor build quality when I had to tighten a few screws on the door to get it to close properly/securely. There was a time when Westinghouse (Electrolux) used to be a quality brand....that time has long since gone. I certainly expected more than 3 years' service life. Buyers beware, this dishwasher starts well and ends in (expensive) tears. If you buy this, you'd better keep a toolbox next to it, or the Westinghouse/Electrolux number on speed-dial. Based on this experience, I won't be buying another Electrolux appliance (Westinghouse, Electrolux, Dishlex, AEG). Please don't get sucked in by the reviewers that have only had this unit for less than 2 years. We would have also left a glowing review after 6-12-18 (even 24 at a pinch) months, but it is a completely different story after 2 years. I emplore you to take your hard-earned money and spend it on something better that will last.....or something cheaper that you expect to only last 2-3 years. As I have actually taken this unit to pieces to fix it, I've seen it inside and out, and the build quality is rubbish.- Date Purchased

Couldn't be happier with this dishwasher. After an awful experience with an Artusi i bought this dishwasher and it is a hundred times better. It can fit extra large plates easily and cleans brilliantly. Not very noisy at all and fits so much inside. I've been using it for over a year and only had a handful of items that it did not clean fully. Glasses are sparkling every time. Highly recommended

Have had my dishwasher for 6 months and since the start, the top right hand corner has a large amount of condensation coming from it. After each use there is a small amount of water on the floor, and as we have just installed new wooden floorboards, I have noticed they have started lifting slightly and am worried it will cause more damage. I have had the warranty company come out to inspect. Tried to tell me I had to clean the seal after each wash. Does any one else have to do this?? And as I rinse dishes before use, I couldn't imagine ther...
Read moree being too much dirt around seal. The company then took the machine away, but after returning it, is still doing the same thing. Very frustrating. I love my machine otherwise, it cleans well, but worried about the damage it is causing and I don't want to use it.- Date Purchased

This dishwasher cleans so good. I had it installed into my new house and i previously didnt like dishwashers because they didnt clean properly. This dishwashers will clean almost everything but the baked on casserole dishes unfortunately not. But still great! Its about as noisy as any other dishwasher and looks stylish.

Great dishwasher with a wide range of wash setting from rinse cycle which is 15 minutes to intense cycle that runs for2 hours at 65 degrees Celsius. Great setting to use once a month to self clean! Filters easy to remove. Plenty of room for pots and casserole dishes.
Very quiet machine. Great reliable brand that's affordable.

Bit annoyed that this machine has to be manually turned off after a cycle and the manual says turn off water and unplug at PowerPoint, how often do people do that? Would be good if you could just do a wash and come back to no power light still there

I LOVE my dishwasher!
Very happy with this purchase and I had been researching for a while. I have had no problems and all the dishes come out super clean and shiny. The dishwasher is very quiet, at times when the water is draining it can be a tad loud, but no complaints from me.

Bought this dishwasher 12 months ago. Family of five and it copes with most occasions in one wash, except XMAS where it got a couple of washes to get through lunch for 11.
Good Value machine that doesn't seem to take hours and always gets the job done with a sparkle.

I have had this dishwasher now for around 4 weeks and cannot fault it at all! I use it everyday and haven't had to rewash any items as yet.
There are a few different features but I have been using the eco function mostly. Even with cookware and baked on foods it removes them on eco wash. You can also alter the height of the top basket which I think is a fantastic feature.
Some people have complained here that it is loud but I don't find it any louder than previous dishwashers I have used, plus I normally run it at night.
Do your research to find best price as it seems to vary quite a bit, I actually found it cheaper somewhere else after purchasing.

We have a history in this house of going through dishwashers at a ridiculous pace, playing up just out of warranty. Bought this one after lots of research and with a 5 year extended warranty, just in case. Great machine, very quiet and does a good job on a quick 42 min cycle of cleaning the dishes. Only thing that is annoying is that it doesn't hold a favourite wash cycle and I use tablets, so lots of button pressing before I can start it running, as you have to select tablet each time, then press the button to get the desired cycle. That's my only complaint, so not something that should deter any buyer, as its just something minor but I was used to my machine holding favourite members etc. overall a god machine.

Great Stainless Steel Dishwasher, reasonably priced at $657 from The Good Guys (price matched against Harvey Norman). It has some excellent features, eg, upper basket (only) wash for small loads; one double and one single cutlery basket for various sized loads; 6 settings range from "Rinse" 15 mins/4.2 litres to "Intensive" 167mins/24.6 litres, with additional "Hygienic" function. Setting of choice is "Time Save" - 50 mins duration, using only 10.7 litres of water and is very efficient. Loads dry quite well if left inside machine for a while af...
Read moreter a cycle ends. October 13th 2017 Update: Great Westinghouse Dishwasher This mid-range priced dishwasher is very good value for the $658 (on special) price from The Good Guys. It has an economical half load "upper basket" setting that is great for small loads. You can still put all the cutlery in bottom basket and get a perfect wash. Other settings vary for different load sizes and duration. A child lock is also on this model. Wash results are very good as also is the drying-just keep door shut for a while after program ends. Baskets are roomy and can be re-positioned for various load types. It has quiet operation and the beeping at end of a cycle is short and not too loud. The only improvement suggested is that the LAST program selected becomes the DEFAULT setting until another program is selected. Otherwise this is an excellent dishwasher.- Date Purchased
Today we installed the dishwasher i was testing out the delay timer.
I put this on for H01 (figured one hour delay) the start light was red.
I set my phone alarm for 1 hour and 5. 1 hour and 30 minutes it still hasnt started. I had to hold the start button for 3 secs for it to start.
Why isnt this working? What am i doing wrong? I only purchased this machine for the delay start.
The user manual is crap.
