Great website with loads of options and great price. I was very surprised with delivery only taking a couple of days! And I didn't even have to pay extra!

The website is a good experience, the prices are great. Delivery time is a bit longer than I am used to, but still ok. I was initially very upset when I discovered I had been charged for a missing item, but they made it right very quickly. Would recommend.

Yesterday I rang up for some advice on a trail running backpack, I have specific requirements as I am running a 100km race in March. I got through straight away and the customer service was fantastic. I placed an order and asked it be sent via express post. Yesterday afternoon I received notification the goods were dispatched and this morning at 9.00 I received my package. The goods were packed well and what I received exceeded my expectations. I am not a big online shopper and am grateful for the excellent service and professionalism. I will not hesitate to recommend Wild Earth to all of my friends and associates looking for outdoor gear.

I bought a Sea to Summit kayak trolley off Wild Earth 6 months ago.I have used it 5 times and the tyres are worn down to canvas with the tube poking out through a hole.I emailed Wild Earth twice asking for help with my problem.I got no reply from them both times.I then contacted Sea to Summit whose product it is. They replied to my email within an hour and are replacing both wheels. That is very good customer service from someone that cares.
I will never buy anything again from Wild Earth.You only find out how good a company is when something goes wrong.

I have purchased a number of items from Wild Earth and all of my experiences have been incredible - hard to find items, low prices, quick delivery and great customer service. Bart and the guys at the warehouse were particularly helpful when I needed to exchange a jacket for a smaller size (side note - the returns procedure is quick and easy). Would definitely recommend.

I've ordered from these guys 4 times now. Everything has been great, even when I have made last minute changes to orders they have been very helpful.

Have purchased 2 items online and both were received in a timely manner (considering standard postage was selected during the checkout process).

Recently when doing some research about a pair of "MSR snowshoes" when I called the store, I was advised by the sales-person that they would call me back as they wanted to take their time in explaining the item properly.
Within 30 minutes my mobile was ringing & the sales-person not only listened to what I had to ask/say but also provided advise which resulted in a purchase.

So refreshing to receive great customer service whilst getting prices that other stores just can't match !!

Have purchased a number of items over the last couple of years. Wild Earth has good quality gear at very reasonable prices. Service is always excellent and items are shipped quickly. Highly recommend.

Completely forgot that I needed a hydration pack for my Salomon S-Lab Advanced Skin for a marathon on the weekend, gave them a call and they ensured that I got it next day delivery for only $10.

I ordered some camping equipment from Wild Earth online, which arrived very quickly by mail.
The tent I had ordered was incorrect - a manufacturer's mistake because the wrong instructions were stitched into the wrong tent model.
I emailed Wild Earth and received a reply the same day, and from there they couldn't have been more helpful.
They have a postal address for returns which doesn't cost you anything to use.
Wrong tent returned and two days later I have the right one. No excuses, no hard time, no delays.
I would use Wild Earth again in a heartbeat.

I have ordered from Wildearth probably half a dozen times. They are always prompt with receiving and acting on my order, only once did it take more than a day to leave the warehouse. As I said fantastic, wouldn't use anyone else for my online outdoor gear requirements :)

I bought some Osprey luggage from these guys having waited several weeks from another supplier without any luck. Not only were Wild Earth much much quicker, the luggage I was after was cheaper! They were very helpful with any questions via email and on the phone. The only down side which wasn't really their fault was the delay in my receiving my order because Star Track (the courier) stuffed up. When my order shipped I didn't get any email notification of any kind, so it took me a few days to work out the delay and get the tracking number from Wild Earth to then deal with Star Track. It was slightly annoying but I got my gear in the end, and .apart from this, I see no reason not to use them again.

After two weeks waiting for a travel pack from a very Unprofessional luggage supplier that promised overnight delivery, I cancelled the order and went with Wild Earth, my goto outdoor store. Used them half a dozen times now, and they have always been great and ship promptly. I used to buy all my hiking and travel gear in the US, but given postage rates and the decline in the A$ dollar, I look at Wild Earth first these days. Great service and great prices on most gear, regular sales, and free shipping for orders over $99. I've bought lots of Sea to Summit and Osprey gear here - two of my favourite brands - and prices are as cheap as anywhere in the world.

I've owned a Sahara Vagabond Double Swag for a number of years now and it's brilliant. So much so, I just purchased another for my son. Great Quality Workmanship and the materials it is made from a second to none. Even comes with a Canvas Bag. Purchased on eBay from wildearth-australia = nil freight cost and lightly fast delivery (3 days from the day of purchase to the day of delivery). Best Swag on the market regardless of price!

I was hesitant to buy from Wild Earth based on the customer reviews here.

I was interested in a tatonka tent but had some questions, emailed them and they were answered within a day. The tent went on sale the day after I bought it, and they gave me a store credit when i mentioned this.

On another occasion, I wanted to buy a stove, but didn't know how to apply the credit online, so gave them a buzz. They processed my order over the phone with the credit. Quick, easy and my order arrived 2 days later.

On the phone or via email, they have always been pretty helpful and informative.

I will not hesitate to buy anything from them again, especially if I need things in a hurry.

I traveled all the way to Burleigh Heads specifically to look at and buy a Tatonka tent that will become my home as I cycle the world. The tent was in stock but no one could pitch it to show me because it was against store policy. Business must be great if you out can let a $350 sale just walk out the door. Even mentioning the bed review I would give didn't help. I'll never bother again. Obviously only interested in making quick easy online sales not actually providing proper outdoor shop service. If I just wanted cheap I'd buy from overseas. But I traveled 2.5 hours to get here.

In store service is woeful

I recently had to deal with Wild Earth Australia Pty Ltd and whilst the service was prompt it was a complete waste of time. They were not willing to discuss or resolve the questions I had with the climbing gear I had received from their shop. This lack of service and understanding means I will definitely not be shopping with them again. I like to support local retailers but not when the level of service is less than I would get from buying from a retailer the otherside of the world.

Purchased two Vango Jazz 200 Two Person Adventure Dom Tents from Wild Earth Australia. They arrived two days after ordering, well packaged and they were as described on the Wild Earth website. Would happily shop through Wild Earth again. We were also able to track the package through Australia Post which was great.

I purchased a Osprey Meridian 70L bag online while on special. It was the best price I could find after doing a lot of searching. They responded to my inquiry reasonably quickly (even though the info was stated on the webpage). The ordering process is automated so you get confirmation instantly as well as a tax invoice. Delivery to NSW was quick and well packed.

I bought a Blackwolf tent from these guys last week and it arrived in Sydney the next business day. Their prices were very competitive (the cheapest in fact). I would very highly recommend these guys. The tent was exactly as advertised and I am really happy with the product. Highly recommend.

I purchased a Black Wolf Pack on line. The pack was a much cheaper price than in retail stores and I received (NSW) within 3 working days from Qld. Excellent service.
