I purchased a couple of items for my latest trip, and was amazed in how quickly it arrived, literally overnight.

Buyers BEWARE. Ordered a size of shorts previously tried on in store, and was sent a pair 2 sizes too small. When questioned about it was told they 'convert' them to smaller sizes. Even when stated that the item requested was what the tag indicates, was told I had the correct item, even though 2 sizes too small. Condescending customer service, doesn't refund shipping when they send an incorrect item. Would not recommend.

I bought a Ptech headlamp the price and service at wildearth were great but 12 months later when the headlamp died the "lifetime warranty" didnt cover it so i tried to put a negative review about the product but wildearth would not let me and wont delete my original positive review so research products elsewhere i would not rely on wildearths product reviews

Ordered on Sunday night, parcel arrived on Wednesday as ordered. The price was competitive with other sellers, including the postage.

Ordered inov8 shoes on Sunday night, Monday morning I had a tracking number for Australia post. Got them on Friday, exactly what I ordered unused and perfect.
Can't fault that service.

Extremely disappointing and customer service has been a nightmare!! Both customer service and the IT department is letting WILD EARTH down big time!!! 2 orders were sent to the wrong address because of a website problem/glitch. Wild Earth have used misleading and FALSE ADVERTISING because they don't honour their advertised prices. I have sent an email to the general manager as customer service manager is inconsistent and not worth the time and bother after 3 weeks of emails..

I ordered a piece of luggage. A Pacsafe AT29 to the tune of $365. This company thinks it's okay to ship without signature on delivery! If it wasn't for the common sense of the delivery driver, the parcel would have been left on the door step of a block of units in the middle of Sydney!

Got a discount voucher when I joined saying not applicable to clearance items, which i would assume those would be already heavily discounted and it is only fair enough, but they rejected giving me the discount because the item was already slightly discounted, like most of the stuff anyway.

That was my welcome introduction to Wild Earth. Why Australian businesses think they can fool and mislead like that beggars belief.

On the bright side, I bought what I was going to buy from overseas, and it was cheaper anyway.

My hammocks arrived the day after ordering! Wow! Then I realised I had ordered the wrong thing. Wild earth helped me out immediately with what I needed and my refund from the other goods came through quickly. Amazing fast and friendly service. Thank you!

Bought an expensive tent from them and discovered the first time I used it that it has a hole in the rain fly so I'm going to get wet using it in winter. Have made several attempts to contact them to resolve this but they have ignored my messages and emails.

I bought "Osprey Manta AG 36L Hydration Backpack - M/L - Fossil Grey" from them, the postage and the product was so good, I've made mistake and select a wrong size and I have to send it back to them so they just process the exchange so quick and send the new one free of any extra charge.

This is the second time I have bought items from Wild Earth. Both times the items have been packed and shipped the following day after ordering. I think they use Australia Post for regular shipping and Startrack couriers for express shipping, so delivery times will be related to the performance of these services, not Wild Earth. Good, competitive prices, and items were as advertised. Have never had to go through their returns process so can't comment on this.

Bought Trail Tent -- at my door in 2 Days ! ( Stafford, Brisbane) -- advised I had forgotten footprint ( underpants for tent hahahaha) -- no extra postage, it arrived NEXT DAY -- Pricing is VERY Competitive -- having said that some items are CRAZY HIGHER -- so keep on researching prior committing .
