I purchased RAVEE BLACK LEATHER shoes online directly from the company. Shoes came on time and looked fantastic, Unfortunately after 3 weeks of wearing them, holes appeared on the soles of the heels!!! I emailed them and demanded a return- I received an email confirming that they will be picked up and I have not heard since... no one picked up my shoes, I am unable to get in touch with the person named in the email as her phone number is not active, the customer service phone line- no one answers the phone and after 15 minutes of waiting I am being disconnected (this has happened few times over the course of few days), I also emailed both emails and I have received no answer!!!! Shocking!!! And disappointing!!!

So disappointed with this brand, really poor quality and very expensive for what the offer.
The customer services is horrendous at the shop and by phone when you need help.
Never again!

I have never dealt with more useless customer service staff than with this company. I should have learnt my lesson the first time, but I have had frustrating experiences on 3 separate occasions. I don't know if the people they hire can read or have basic comprehension skills and the manager certainly doesn't know how to train staff. Appalling. One of my parcels never arrived and it cost me $170 to which they said I had signed for and then wouldn't prove it (which by consumer rights they are bound to do) and would not give me a refund. I am so upset and out of pocket. I will never use them again.

Got two pair of boots during the click frenzy sales with no shipping costs. Always loved Windsor Smith boots, which are of high quality and real products are nearly the same as the pictures as shown on the website.

Brought a pair of shoes online. Takes a handful of days to get here - no issues there.
Shoes don't fit, go through the correct procedure and send back via parcelpoint as instructed. Parcel point takes 6 days to get the shoes back to the warehouse - where they sit for another 3 weeks before they are even processed for return. What a joke. I would not recommend Windsor Smith to anyone!

15 business days for a delivery to even leave the warehouse is ridiculous (even if its during a sale period) and the customer service staff is crude and blunt. Bad experience overall. Doubt the shoes would be worth it.
