Half of the channels don't work or hangs in between. They do not respond to calls and never provide any customer service. You need to have a lot of patience to operate the box. The picture quality is average as they can provide 4k resolution.

Very bad customer service, they are rude, they hung up phone in the middle of the conversation.The box stopped new movies a month back, yesterday it got upgraded and today it STOPOED suddenly. These guys are fraud, they can upgrade but they will not. I will complaint to consumer cell. It’s a fraud business

Keeps restarting every 2 minutes. I've been told to buy new one. When I bought it 2.5 years back, I've been told that it's free for lifetime. Would have bought paid subscription boxes of I knew that they gonna do dodgy practices

One should never even consider this box. There is no guarantee which channel would be available on a day. On top of it, many channels just "buffer" and never shows the channel. What they promise and what they deliver is miles apart. Customer Service virtually is non existent

We are having daily issues with channels buffering and over the couple of weeks, we started to lose channels one by one. Currently the box is dead. We called them and reported all the issues on an email and nothing happened. they have basically cheated the public! I want my money back

replays 5 seconds of recorded game & u think it` s working, but stalls after 5 seconds again & again

At the time of selling they promised it is lifetime no cost and now they have deliberately remove all of the functionalities and advising for go for new box. When they have sold the box saying lifetime no subscription they have to ensure all the features for that box should be made available as I don't want to upgrade as I don't want 4k features. The support person is keeping calm on the phone call when asking these questions and says I will come back to you. They does not deserve any of the star at all. The worst of all.

Did not work from time it was purchased, tried contacting Customer service and seller on numerous occasions, no assistance was provided on occasions very rude and blunt. Wasted time and money..

Switched from old unit to new a month ago. Same story. Constantly stalling in between. Customer service is very poor. Regretting having purchased this. Do not buy . Watching CNN now but has switched to some Urdu programme.

Disgusting customer service. World max box is not working from last few day re-starting the box automatically it self. Tried resetting the box many time but no help. I tried calling their customer service hanged up on me in between the call.

It was all good but recently it cuts off when I rang support service thay said its old box you have to buy new box at full price.. How long the new box will last their is no warranty. Please stop fulling people.

they change software so it won't work anymore & their "support" will then say that your box is "old tech" & you'll have to buy another "new box" for full price! Never again!

Very poor service.the box doesn't work anymore and when contacted the local store they said you need to buy a new box as they have upgraded.so every year they will update and you need to buy new box.

the box restarts every minute. It gets stuck. I tried to contact my Perth dealer but it is very poor service. I can't even watch anything for more than 30 secs. I think I need some legal advice.

How long are the Worldmax-tv team going to lie about the old tv box not being compatible with the new server when i have managed to get the old tv box working?(Only managed to get live tv working) . The fact that the box restarts every minute or so when you let it connect to the worldmax server but does not restart when reset and kept offline suggests that the restart is a forced attempt to break a working product. Does anybody here know how does ACC handle a device disabling companies?

Bought two units 2years back. Now none of them working and the units powers off within few minutes. No response from call centre they just don't bother to answer. Absolutely crap product !
