I had a similar experience but I was on half dose. I think it may also depend on how much fat is in the food your eating

After 6 weeks I have stopped, I have lost approx 5kgs in total but I was only on half strength due to other medical issues. I didn't have any of the unwanted side affects either.
Perhaps speak to your GP. Reading other peoples reviews it seems to react differently with everyone. Perhaphs there maybe another alternative that may work better for you.

Question from anyone’s experience - I have only started taking these a few days ago, my meals are not particularly high in fats (about 8-15g per meal - less at brekky). So far I have not experienced the leaky/sprint to the bathroom side effects.
I do get to have 1 cheat day a week on my meal plan. If on this cheat day I don’t take the pills, and eat something very high in fat, how likely is it that I will experience the bad side effects?

Is it compulsory to take three square meals a day because of xenical. Is the recommendation not to only take xenical when you are eating a high-in-fat diet? In that case if i reduce my meal to once a day with a xenical capsule will i still be good to lose some weight?

How does this tablet work when eating a low fat diet? I understood it works better when you have fats ? Should you be taking it when all three meals have little fat?

It is recommended that you have some fat in your diet for the tablet to work. I only took two tablets a day, lunch and dinner. That was when l have 10percent fat in the meal. Be careful if you have a high fat meal, be close to a bathroom.
The tablet did work for me, slowly.

A lot of people underestimate the amount of fat they eat. If you are one of those people, Xenical may work for you. OR you may try a carb blocker instead, which would help to decrease the assimilation of sugar and starches.

No. Xenical has no effect on appetite, it's not meant to. It only removes some of the fat you eat, which then gets excreted in your stool.

You can order it online at Chemist Warehouse. You just have to call them and have a discussion with the Pharmacist before they will send it out.
Chemist warehouse in Beenleigh have it for $100. One discount chemist at the Hyperdome have it for $120 for a months supply or $68 for two weeks.
