Their tape Ins are divine and just what I needed. they were really easy to put in my hair. My hair dresser was really impressed by their quality. Will definitely buy from zala again.

I have been purchasing zala extensions in both tape and clip in for about 6 years, I stopped wearing extensions for a while to give my hair a break and in the past year I purchased again. The quality is terrible! The last time I purchased the colour was completely different, the tapes were crooked, the package took forever to come and the customer service was horrible. I thought it was a one off so purchased again a few weeks ago and the quality is so poor! It’s like fake hair, they don’t hold a curl, the second they are washed or heat styled they become matted and I’ve had them slip out of my hair within a week! No where near worth the price.

These are something special. I love the volume and the 16 inch turned out to be the perfect length for me. I keep getting compliments on my hair ;)

Very fast delivery. The color match was spot on. These are my first extensions and I think they're great for a beginner, or anyone who just likes easy application. They are a great length, I've never tried long hair and I really like the look.

Returning customer, purchasing another set of the best hair extensions. I have recently coloured my hair to another colour and needed to get a new set to match as well as a longer length. Although the extensions was a little frizzy out of the box with a few brushes it was feeling silky smooth again.

I love that no one suspects this is not my own hair, but once I receive compliments I end up telling them all about my Halo. I also note that I am a fallen angel lol

The hair is a beautiful quality, looks so great. I am approaching 50 but the extensions make me feel like I am 30 again. If your not sure about your colour, support will get with you and it helped so much!

This is my second purchase, I have 16 inch and a 24 inch. Zala hair is amazing and looks very high-end so beautiful. The quality is so beautiful and it is well worth your money if you want to invest into to a beautiful hair extension without breaking the bank. I would highly highly recommend anyone who wants beautiful and full head of hair.

After a disastrous DIY haircut I did myself, I need help! I had heard great things about Zala and jumped online to purchase a ponytail. It was so easy to order online, and customer service helped me choose my colour using photos with 30minutes. Product arrived in two days and I couldn't be happier with it. Amazing!

I used to buy my hair from a hairdresser that specializes in hair extensions. My guess is he was buying from Zala and then putting a huge mark up on the product. I decided to stop going to him and buying direct from Zala. Yesterday I received my 12" inch Halo, wow, wow, wow, the Halo is so full and incredibly soft. I was paying around $400.00 for the same Halo from my hairdresser. I paid $139.95 from Zala. So happy and very impressed. The only product I wish they had was beach waves Halo. I am not the best at curling them and would love to one day be able to purchase one that already had the perfect beachy waves.

I absolutely love my zala extensions! I was really hesitant at first because I have had bad experiences before shopping for extensions online but zala really came through. The extensions are to die for. They give my hair more of a natural look with the perfect length and volume. I’m super happy with my purchase and highly recommend these extensions.

Worst Company i have ever had to deal with. I reached out to them with the email attached below which explains my issue with their tape in extensions. I got asked 16 questions about how i maintained them and there resolution was sending me a free treatment and $30 store credit! This is awful as i am after a full refund as stated on there website. I was stunned by how fast it shipped. i combed the hair many times, and even then, the hair didn't shed. i would highly recommend it, although my hair color wasn't a perfect match since I have a mix of black and dark brown besides that, I love it.

These extensions are actually worth the price. It's hard to find online extensions that don't tangle, break or fall apart. I do make sure to take care of them but even with daily use, they lasted me months. grateful for this awesome purchase

Purchased the volumiser with very little expectations as I had seen a few negative reviews floating around however I was blown away on how beautiful the extensions are!! I did give them a slight trim at the bottom to blend better and they do blend better curled. Shipping was super quick as well.
