Hi

Generally when the conversion is done from LPG to Natural gas - different injectors are put in. So you will need to go to the original injectors too.

I have a new twin grill on natural gas. Really struggling to ignite it. Is there any tips or tricks? Turn the gas on and let it run for a few seconds and then click ignition but still nothing. Might light 2 out of 10 times.

Was this changed to run on natural gas, ours is LP Gas and has no problem lighting, I would definitely ring the shop. Ours lights straight away, you could have a faulty unit.

All good. Shop sorted me out. Ordered a replacement manifold. Also wasn't pushing in knob properly to get the flame thrower working. Thanks

Hi have you tried a bbq lighter. If that doesn't work check the gas bottle and line. If no joy you we have to ring them to get someone to look at the BBQ.

What is the difference from the single element than the twin element please for using with our caravan?
And is it good to place in caravan outside attached table or to buy the trolley and why?
Thanks

The twin is larger than the single burner so storage space becomes a factor as its wider, higher and deeper so look at where you want to store it, the twin has larger cooktop and more oven space, you dont need a trolley if you have a table, a trolley just takes up more space and is extra wieght, at worse put it on the ground. Not sure why you stated natural gas as this is only for home use, caravans and campers all use LPG cylinders

As per Grey Nomad's reply, plus as was explained to me at the retailer, the single burner is obviously smaller and it also doesn't have the heating performance of the twin (obviously),therefore cooking times are increased and the ability to roast is diminished again obviously by the single burner and size of the unit. Whether you want to put it on a stand or a table etc is entirely up to you. The twin grill basically just locks into the stand with spring clips and when removed from the stand there is nothing stopping you placing it onto some other solid surface, whether that's the the same for the single grill I'm not sure.

H, I bought the twin grill and the elevated stand to roast meat. Does anyone know how long it will take to cook 2.5kgs of roast pork? I'm guessing I still put it in a tray of water and place it on the opposite side to the lit burner and turn it a few times. Do you think 2 and half hours? They had a you tube video for a triple grill and the normal baking dish but no video for the twin burner. Would appreciate any help with this!

I have a roasting dish for the twin burner, it's an optional extra. Cooking time, go on line and buy a wireless cooking thermometer, select your meat and cooking preference and you'll have a perfect roast EVERY time, think about 1 1/2 hours but depends. I always take meat out of the fridge to let it get to room temperature before cooking.

I have a meat thermometer that i put in to get a reading then take out as i like pork well done, at least 2 hours with the stand in the middle and 2 burners on low so it sits at 200c and then 10 minutes on high to crisp
