I ordered a sale item from Zodee after some queries about pricing which a very friendly and efficient customer service person was happy to answer. I love how easy it is to communicate real time with this company. My product arrived very quickly and I was delighted again with the product (a swimming costume which was fabulous and fit me perfectly), the price but above all the customer service.

They have lots of products on their site but very few are in stock. A product that was going to take 14 days to arrive (still a sizable wait) has still not arrived 2 months later. While they take your money before dispatch they make no attempt to update you on inform you of delayed delivery. Has turned into lots of work making enquires and requests and am now just pleading to have my money refunded.

Purchased an item and it was never delivered. No offer of a refund or replacement item. Completely unacceptable. Stay clear!!!!!!

I accidentally ordered three sets of 2 bras and over several days had to cancel two of the orders. I had not problems cancelling the orders and getting my money refunded to Paypal and to my credit card. The two sets of bras that I wanted are so comfortable and flattering. I am very happy with this company. Thanks again for all the trouble with over overing.

I ordered a comforter for my baby around 11am and it arrived by that same afternoon!! Very impressed with such a quick turnaround. I don't think I have EVER ordered something and have it arrive on the same day. Thank you!!

I ordered my boyfriend a present before Valentine's Day and paid $3.00 Express delivery to ensure I had it well before I needed it. I DIDNT RECEIVE IT!!!! I HAD TO APOLOGISE TO MY BOYFRIEND AND TELL HIM THAT ITS ON ITS WAY. I contacted them by email and I've had no response. I am still waiting and wondering whether or not his gift is coming!!!!!!! EXPRESS POST MY A$$!!!!

Zodee is the best place to buy Bras. It was impossible for me to get my size. I am short waisted and narrow backed with large breasts. It is almost impossible to get size 10DD or 10E from any of the large stores .Most DD or E cups only start at size 14. Returned some item as as they didn't fit, have been waiting nearly 2 months for refund... original delivery time was not too bad.

Returned swimmers that did not fit, now they won't give me a refund!! Not happy!!! Never again! Rip offs! :(

This is the second time I have purchased swimwear on line from Zodee. I find the photographs of the swimsuits on line to be realistic and are almost a better way of looking at the swimwear than pulling a whole lot of a rack in a shop and squeezing into a tiny badly lit dressing room, only to find that nothing looks any good. The service is also fantastic. I purchased on line on a Saturday afternoon and had the swimwear the following Thursday in New Zealand. A very happy customer!

Extremely poor customer service. They are happy to supply inferior garments and then when questioned they won't respond at all. Without a store front it's impossible for any interaction and they can just refuse to take the conversation any further. I suspect the garments aren't the real brands but fake ones.Do not use.

I have purchased a couple of times from you and have had great service each time. What I have ordered has arrived and within a respectable timeframe. Care has been taken in the wraping of my product and I love how all of the necessary return labels have been included to make it so easy to return if need be.

I have used zodee several times and always had a positive experience. Being an unusual size I hate face to face shopping for lingerie and swimwear. Zodee's free returns policy make it really easy. Several times I have exchanged sizes and they have been easy to deal with. Great range, good prices.

I ordered several items and paid for express post. Funds were deducted from my Paypal account the next day. Then I notice on the email that the estimated despatch date is a week and a half after my order date. I sent message that was ignored. Then I rang and they told me that they need to process my payment before they go and order the stock from their suppliers, hence the inordinate delay. I should have been told that this was how they operate and that it results in a lengthy delay on despatch. I cancelled the order and now have to wait to see how long it takes to get my refund. Based on previous posts, I might be waiting a while.

Far too long for despatch and taking funds when they don't have the stock without advising customer.

Never sent my my order and just blames the courier so won't give me a refund. Also will charge you for stuff they don't have in stock and then take forever to refund you. Very slow at replying to emails. There are much better options that this with better customer service. Do not recommend to anyone.

Living in a regional town where there are limited suppliers for quality underwear I was so pleased to find Zodee. I first order 1 bra to check for sizing etc. I followed this with another order for 5 more. They were at my door within a few days of the order. Would recommend Zodee to anyone and I will definitely be using them in the future.
