I ordered bathers from the Zodee website after looking through their large range. I love that it was so easy, so quick & that they didn't just use size 8 models. I love that the item came with a free postage sticker for easy, hassle-free returns. Brilliant service! I would highly recommend to anyone.

I ordered some elle mcpherson intimates on Monday and it arrived first thing Tuesday. I couldn't believe how quick it was and I was emailed all the way. It's ordered, it's on it's way, it's been delivered. All the items were exactly what I wanted. I'd definitely buy through Zodee again and highly recommend them!
Reliable, easy to see the garments, super fast process

I had never heard of Zodee before and I just happened to be googling a product that I was looking for and Zodee came up selling the product. I ordered the Triaction Extreme Moulded Sports Bra in Teaberry. The colour is absolutely gorgeous and the Bra ever so comfortable. The service and delivery time was excellent I ordered on Saturday and it was delivered on Tuesday.
Very Reliable

My first time using Zodee and to be honest there's nothing I can complain about, in fact I will be purchasing from them again in the future. They have a lot of great products to offer and the prices are similar to many of the other online stores. They shipped my order really fast (received it the next day). Everything was nicely packed with everything I ordered no fuss whatsoever.

I'm a large man so need some particular boxer brief underwear so as to prevent chafing, I've only found one pair that works well for me, but they are so hard to get in store! Not only Did Zodee have them, but 2 days later I was wearing them. Completely recommend!
Quick, Easy, Straight forward.

Big thanks to Zodee - they provided superfast delivery to my door and the website is very easy to find products and buy them. I really love that I can use PayPal to purchase my products.I had found it so hard to buy proper plus size opaque tights, so it was great to find them
Good choice, fast service

I purchased a bunch of stuff off the Zodee website only because I was really particular about certain items in the order that I wanted. Basically retail wise, the items were no longer manufactured and when I saw them in stock on the Zodee website I thought maybe they had old inventory and that was the only reason why I decided to purchase items off their website. However this is where it went horribly wrong as they never had any items actually in stock!

I ordered my bathers on Wednesday night and by Friday morning it was delivered! From the order process to receiving the product it's so quick and easy! I'll definitely be shopping with them again!! :) The bathers are fantastic quality and I couldn't be happier. I was so happy to have them delivered in time for me to be going away this weekend.

The overall non-communication from Zodee do not make it worthwhile purchasing from the site. You get your hopes up that an item is available and order it. Wait several weeks for it to be delivered, and then "nothing". No package, no email updates on the status.

The Zodee website promises "We are dedicated to our online customers providing fast and efficient help and support when it is needed'!

Ordered an item and never received it despite several emails to Zodee. They do not respond to any emails. The Zodee website doesn't keep an accurate account of products in stock.

From my experiences, their customer services has been pretty terrible. They took ages to tell me a product I ordered was not in stock. Also, they reply to my emails, but their replies often make me wonder if my email was even read, or if they just have a few default responses. They were not helpful at all.

Customer Service is terrible

The site says '2 days delivery' but once you actually find something in your size and purchase it said '7 days delivery'. Disappointing but I really wanted the product. 9 days later still nothing. Took me 2 days to finally speak to someone and I was told product was out for another 2 months. Cancelled my order with no questions though. Overall very very disappointing.

Sizing is hit and miss when it is published as S/M/L. And the Customer Service people are not at all helpful on this matter; they give vague answers rather than specific measurements. I chose Elle M and was sent something that would fit a Manly Rugby Player (and maybe does sometimes?). Zodee's statements....

After being sent the incorrect bra I attempted to contact Zodee many times over the course of 2 weeks to sort out the mistake. They have not replied to a single email from me. They provide no customer support at all.

No customer service at all.

OK we ordered an item and we received confirmation that the item had been delivered. It hadn't been. We contacted AAE (the couriers) and they said that as per instructions the item was left at the premises, unsigned for, and to speak with the retailer. We did not leave any such instructions.

We spoke with Zodee, the customer service rep failed to answer basic questions, and gave general bad customer service. They then put me through to the Customer Service Manager who laughed at me, called me difficult when I was answering every question he...

The worst website ever, I bought underwear from their website, the said that it would arrive by Christmas, nearly three weeks later they email me saying they no longer sell them, after I paid for them. The worst part is that I am still waiting for a refund.

Do not buy anything from here.

Expensive, unreliable, poor communication, failure to update site, failure to issue a refund, poor customer service terrible.

I purchased an item as a birthday gift and it has been 2 weeks since I've made the purchase and it still hasn't arrived. I called them to inquire about it and it hasn't even arrived in their warehouse (order has run late and they don't have the stock). I really would have appreciated some communication regarding this as the birthday is now long gone and I could have gotten a refund and purchased the same item somewhere else.

I placed my first order and after a bit of trouble I managed to get my goods shipped to me. I forgot to enter the promo code and this was noticed and credited. I honestly can't rate Zodee's customer service team high enough. I will definitely be re-ordering again in the very near future.
Exceptional service

I knew the brand but not this style. At your site I finally found a Compression pantyhose that fit comfortably at the waist. also, I like the texture as they are not too shiny . The only improvement would be some colours! My purchase was straightforward and the free delivery fast. Safe, attractive packaging of my purchase completed a pleasant transaction.

Very happy with the recent customer service I have had from Zodee. Purchased Elle MacPherson Intimates, some were unavailable so I had to change my order, then I decided to exchange for another item. Even though what I wanted, I couldn't get, I found something just as fabulous. The communication and speed of replies to my emails was fantastic. End result = Great, Highly Recommended

Have today ordered a baby comforter, which I need with urgency. I contacted the email address for customer service to inquire when I would receive my item and received a prompt reply assuring me that I would have my product tomorrow. This speedy and friendly reply, along with the overnight delivery, have assured I will remain a customer.

I registered with your site on Thursday last week, ordering some items immediately. They were despatched on Friday and I received them in Melbourne today (Monday).
