My triple pop maker leaked out blue liquid in freezer. It didn't work well only used it 3 x. Bought with accessories it's not cheap. Was offered to exchange but happened again with 2nd one. House and home discontinued the product

Corroded in cupboard
Used it a couple of times. Stored in a cupboard in a plastic storage bag, and it corroded released a large amount of white and dark crystalized material. There should be a warning from Zoku.
Purchased in May 2021.

Exploded!!!
My quick pop was stored in the cupboard after I used it twice, and when I went to used it again after about 8 months it had burst and all this white crystallized stuff was popping out like battery acid... what’s the recourse? From reading all the other views... obviously nothing! Facebook? Let’s pop this on and see what the response is

Corrodes like a battery!
Like all the other reviews, our Zoku (triple) Quick Pop Maker in Orange corroded with a toxic white crystal, similar to a caustic battery. Similarly, we used it only once or twice the first week we purchased it and could never get it to make decent popsicles. Now, after several years of being stored in a dry cupboard, the top edge has exploded causing an unsightly crystalized white leakage all over the pop maker making it impossible to use. Zoku really should recall this item and give all of its customers a refund/credit. I also purchased s...Read more
everal dollars worth of their accessories which unfortunately is money down the drain. I am now leery of these gimmicky products and this product is so bad for the environment that it should be disposed of properly like a battery than dumped in the land fill where it belongs. The company should warn its customers of the fate of their leaking product, and I am wondering if there has been any legal action towards this company? WARNING: Do not purchase Zoku products.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

It just desintegrates whilst stored in cuppoard
We've used the ZOKU a couple of times and then stored it (clean and dry of course, in it's original packaging) for years because we weren't too thrilled about it. Now after 5 years of storage the top of the ZOKU has sort of pulverized. It literally desintegrates as if some sort of corrosion process is going on. Won't be using it anymore. Total waste of money.

May have lasted a year - then boom!
Very expensive item when new, but really looked like a quality product. Used maybe 4 or 5 times, worked well. Then the top blew off (not even in the freezer)! Probably not a coincidence that the warranty is only one year. I think they are aware of the defect.

Zoku triple pop maker
I have had my tripe pop maker for many years and I have recently purchased a second one to cater for an increase in the number of grandchildren I have. I have had no problems at all with the product, no explosions, no leakages, they are both working very efficiently. They make very good ice pops, plain and fruit in minutes, children and adults love the fruit ones dipped in the chocolate dipper. Perfect for making quick ice pops on hot days..

Caution: Leaking fluid and the top is corroded
We purchased 2 of these units about two and a half years ago (a 3 pop maker and a single pop maker to use for our family of four). When they worked they were great. However, shortly after purchasing them, we moved to Sydney where they remained in well-sealed containers, upright, in cool conditions.
We got them out today, to make New Year's day pops. Unfortunately, the fluid (coolant?) has leaked out around the rims at the top and completely corroded the edges. The only place for these, sadly, is the dustbin. They were used less than a dozen times and have been well-looked after. Based on our experience with both Zoku pop makers, I would caution anybody against purchasing them.

Dangerous, TOXIC, a waste of money
I bought the Zoku Quick Pop Maker and all the accessories. I used it once following the instructions correctly. It has been stored in a kitchen drawer. The unit has leaked this bluish-white blue crystalline substance which has exploded from the top orange seal of the unit. I cannot get any customer satisfaction when dealing with the company. I cannot find the receipt and thus have no recourse with the company. This is an obvious defect with the design and manufacturing process. I would have expected an honourable company would have stood by...Read more
their product. Do NOT buy this product!!! It is a waste of money. After reading many similar reviews and experiences it is time that the public be aware of this inferior product. The rating should be negative.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Expensive waste of money
White crystal fibre stuff has expanded & exploded out of the seam between the plastic outer & metal inner parts, breaking it all apart. We've only had it a couple of years & it wasn't exactly cheap!! I have no idea what the warranty is on these things & don't have my receipt anyway, so have no recourse with what is clearly a design/manufacture fault....Very annoyed

Totally unfit for sale. They explode!
Great idea and beautifully marketed. Only problem is that they explode and all this weird crystal stuff oozes out everywhere. No idea if it is toxic but it certainly ain't a natural substance!! Bought one and it exploded within weeks. Was given another as a gift and it was already exploded in the box! These things should not be on the market. Expensive and dangerous.

It exploded
I bought it for my boyfriend, and used it for a few times then left it outside on the shelf. After about half a year, I saw a whole patch of frozen flakes coming out from the edges and it went into the Popsicle sockets. It was horrible!!!!! I do not consider it a safe product. Before it was broken, it worked fine.

Explodes after a couple of years
All good for a couple of years but then exploded all the white stuff from inside that cools it. Don't know if it is a chemical or not but it was everywhere in my cupboard. Had to throw out. Too expensive to just have to turf after a couple of years. Cannot contact company as no contact number. Interesting .....

It's fun but..some white crystal appearing after couple years.
My kids & I really did have lots of fun creating ice pops in Zoku Quick Pop maker( I ended up bought 3). I even bought recipe book & all other tools for making different designs. Sadly, after couple of years, all three has white crystal thing showing between white & orange part of the maker. I guess something must be leaking out from there & I had to throw them away. They are not cheap..I would expect they last longer than that.
