Great company to deal with!
We found 360 Finance by chance online while trying to decide who to approach for finance. As we hadn't heard of the company before we were a little hesitant but they were great.
Our consultant was very thorough and followed up at every stage returning calls and providing information when he promised.
His job was made harder by the car yard not doing their jobs properly but he handled it well and got it sorted.
We would definitely recommend them.

Great service and good rates
Good rate & a personal service with having your own loan consultant. I would like to see more transparency upfront with repayment amounts as the website shows 'rates from as low as 4.4%' and that seems too good to be true - I wonder what it would take to get this rate!?! Even with this I would definitely use 360 finance again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family.

360 Finance said it can beat any lender at their rate minus 0.5%. Oh it is a crap!
Very terrible communication with the finance consultant named A. M. He never get into the main points: interest rates, loan term and fees which I have already mentioned in my email. Just try to go around and around and let me waiting for a long time. One evening during the period, he called me and said we can beat any lender with 0.5% lower rate. Finally, he said the interest rate will be decided by the lender. I will never recommend 360 Finance to anyone!

Promised 5% finance, got 17%
Absolute farce of a company. I was told by the 360 rep that I'll be able to get a rate 'in the low 5's'. This is after I told them the comparison rate was 6.49%. I spent a week going back and forth with him, sending him all the relevant documents. Also organised a $250 Redbook inspection of the car. In the end he told me 'you can only get that 5.85% rate if you spend $40,000 and go through a dealer.' This is after telling him the car I had found was $24,000 and through a private seller! When taking into account the ridiculously exorbitant fees ...Read more
the total repayment was $28,108 over three years or the equivalent of 17% interest. Do not be fooled by the promise of low interest rates or low weekly repayments: you will waste your time and be ripped off.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!
Biggest Rip Off Company There Is!
DO not go through 360 finance! What a Joke, they ask for all your information first before they even give you the rate amount, then after signing contract find out you get added an extra fee over $1000! added to your loan. After signing agreed weekly amount only to get a phone call from the bank saying it is $15 more then the agreed amount! After back and forth phone calls to be told that the bank works out repayments differently. NO it is your job as a broker to find out this information before settling on agreed weekly repayments amount. Not ...Read more
only that they screwed up our application to begin with and didn't want to change the information because it was too much of a stuff about. After pushing and pushing made them change the information to be correct, after all we are signing a legal documentation! Please save yourself from the stress and find someone else!!! They will do nothing but use and abuse you.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!
Stuff Around
Biggest stupidest company ever.
Got stuffed around for 2 and a half weeks and still nothing from them. Never got back to me when I would call, or email. It's a joke.

Lies Lies Lies and more lies!!!
360 seemed nice and friendly at first, and advertise good rates, but trust me even with the best credit score you won't get what they advertise! Load of lies really, they push you into giving all your details over before they even tell you what rate they will give you. They also advertise NO Fees, they hide the fees into the loan contract and its about $1000 plus. We were told a weekly repayment, even had it in writing, the bank then said it was $15 more a week, and 360 try to spin some crap about that's how the bank calculates it! Well 360, ma...Read more
ybe you should calculate it the SAME way the bank does, but no your pushy and a load of crap for a business. I've complained before, and nobody ever followed up on it even though i was told they would. So i guess your customer service isn't that great either.Similar opinion? Informal with the whole "Facetime" thing and lots of headaches.
These guys gave me the runaround when recently selling my car, the buyer informed me that the 360 Finance company would contact me with a couple of questions in regards to the car I was selling and they would be paying me the full amount, so I agreed.
From then on, it was constant back and forth calls and emails with this company who were constantly asking for photocopies of my ID, bank statements, rego papers and photos from every angle of the vehicle despite my online ad having very recent and professional studio photos provided.
They th...Read more
en asked to "facetime" with me so they could verify that I had access to the vehicle and could take photos of the odometer, VIN plate and pictures of the outside of the vehicle in realtime, which if you ask me is a very informal process - When I asked why they wanted to Facetime with me and wanted photocopies of personal documents including the rego papers and bank statements the lady said "It's so we can make sure you're not just selling your neighbor's car" as if I had disrespected their crap policy. When I agreed to Facetime I had to watch a middle aged woman struggle to hold and operate an iPhone while I held my iPhone extremely still so they could snap photos of the vehicle in realtime despite already having sent them these photos via email earlier that week. I called them up the following week (early afternoon) when the vehicle was certified roadworthy to inform them that the vehicle was ready and the funds could be sent through so the buyer could come pick it up. They told me that settlements "can't be processed in the afternoon" but rang a few days after at an even later hour to tell me the settlement had been finalized. Overall the operator I spoke to was friendly but I can't vouch for their policies and processes, they make it difficult to sell a modestly priced used vehicle. I still don't understand their need to facetime in the interest to snap photos of the vehicle.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Spoiled My Plans to Pick Up My Car
Had arranged finance with Car Dealer and was all approved and set to pick up my car today. When called to arrange time to pick up the car was advised by dealer that because I had called 360 finance earlier I would have to go through them as a result all my plans were spoiled.
I had contacted the broker prior but he was not able to advise any repayment rates whereas the dealer was able to provide all the repayments advise on the spot without first having me to commit to finance of any sort. Rates were given for my consideration.
Did not call me to advise they had cancelled my approved finance at the dealer because they are 1 company and that I had to wait for them... response is at a snail's pace to say the least.

False promises
360 finance said we could do weekly payments come to find out we can only make monthly payments with higher interest. Also said our weekly payments were $123 come to find out this months payment divides to $132 a week, not happy 360 finance.

e best finance solution and rate for your circumstances and criteria. Each of these lenders have different terms/conditions and also repayment structures. We can arrange for weekly repayments for our customers from some but not all of our lenders. Quoting a 'weekly' amount provides a comparison between lenders and their rates. The variation in the final amount takes into consideration that some months are 5 or 4 week months.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Misleading
I went to this company via pop up adverts offering car loan rates as low as 5.5%. I was trying to avoid the exorbitant dealership finance fees and thought why not? The person I dealt with was friendly and helpful except for avoiding quoting any kind of interest rate but giving me a window of something like between 5.5% and 6.75%.
When I asked what those rates were dependent on he was vague, so I asked whether it would be a) vehicle age/type and b) our credit rating as those seemed to be the standard things other lenders quoted on. He said y...Read more
es, so I went ahead and agreed to the credit check assuming that we'd qualify for 5.5% with our good credit rating. It wasn't until I agreed to purchase the car and the dealer sent through the invoice, that the 360 representative sent through the interest rate options and it turned out that the low rates only apply if you buy a bunch of extras (e.g. insurances, warranties) which would add thousands of dollars additional cost over the life of the loan. I was a bit miffed about that but went to proceed anyway on the higher interest rate, putting it down to my own stupidity for not asking for a rate up front. When the actual loan documents came through I noticed the amount borrowed was $1200 higher than the car price - these were "establishment" and "origination" fees payable to 360 and the lender. This amount was somewhere toward the end of all the paperwork, and not immediately obvious. I had specifically asked on the phone in the beginning whether there were any fees (as the dealerships were all charging around $1000 which I thought seemed exorbitant and I wanted to avoid this). I had understood there were none, however on further questioning realised he'd used the words "no UPFRONT fees" - i.e. they're added onto the loan itself so he didn't provide them. There's the catch. Interestingly the loan contract with the true costs of the loan were received by me at 3.30pm on the actual day I was supposed to settle (three days after my initial loan application). I expect in a similar situation, most people would have had no choice but to sign the contract regardless.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!
