I needed a Serfas front light and Go Pro style mount to replace one that didn't survive a crash. Steve understood what I needed, sourced it and let me know how it was all going. This kind of service with the small $ transactions is what sets this store apart.

Was very new to the "ebike" scene but wanted to treat myself. Sally was so extremely helpful and very very informative, without going over the top and filling my head with too much technology. I was listening to her the previous day explaining to another lady about the ebikes and knew straight away that she was the one that I needed to talk to. Explaining the features of the bike and being very supportive when I wanted to go for a test ride, Sally is definately a staff member who knows her stuff, and an absolute delight to deal with. This is the second bike we’ve purchased from 99 in Morley. Norco Scene 3 is perfect for my wife. Gives us the opportunity to ride along the river or along the numerous bike paths in Perth. It’s a great concept bike and st a reasonable price too.
Service is really good. Jack is a wonderful ambassador for the store. Very helpful with nothing being too much trouble.

I arrived with no booking and had my small problem fixed in a very timely efficient fashion.

Purchased a scooter, charged me nearly $200 for shipping, expecting the usual 7-10 days postage time, nope.....wrong, upto 28 days to ship from Bowen Hills to WA according to the inept Couriers Please! Why?
Also, they are impossible to get hold of, but did manage to track somebody down on their Bowen Hills workshop number, rude uncaring and cold response. So you have my cash and basically don;t care?
This is my first and LAST order! Very very poor. Ready to initiate a bank chargeback dispute if this item does not get delivered!!

I just wanted to recognize Konnar for his excellent service when I visited Lawton today.
He was very helpful and answered all my questions and was able to have the tyre I wanted sent from another store to home.

1 week after I got the Norco Search XR the rear tire came off and the tub exploded while I was riding - distressing - the bike was replaced. The front brakes continue to make a noise. Now a bit over 12 months on the bottom bracket is gone and they will not replace it under warranty. Yesterday I called customer service and got a recorded message saying they cant take the call leave a message then there was a message saying the mailbox was full you cant leave a message.

I purchased accessories for my bike from this store. Ordering online and selecting Mile End for Click and Collect, the team were prompt to notify me when the items were ready for pickup. They even included a more valuable item in replacement of the one I ordered. Will continue to shop here!

I was shopping for an e-bike that would suit my very specific needs and Tom @ Joondalup went above and beyond to help me find the perfect bike for me. So much patience for my never ending questions, loads of sound advice on what to look out for in an e-bike that would help me get up hills and tow my dog, and gentle encouragement to take his bikes for a test ride (I was nervous, it’s been years!). I went to 99 bikes as I thought was a reputable store and would provide a quality service.
I was seeking a rear rim upgrade for my ebike . I was told this would take 7 days . I have finally picked it up today a month later .
The communication was extremely poor I visited the store weekly to find out what was going on . For the last week the dodged up a rim using a spare motor. So computer etc wasn’t working on the bicycle which means I had to ride it illegally.
Not much of an apology or discount from manager just a nightmare of a repair.
Go elsewhere for bicycle mechanical repairs

I have visited this store twice and both times have been attended to by Alex. He provided exceptional customer service. He lays down the options and helps you select what is best for you. There is no reason to go anywhere else as this is your place for a perfect sale and most importantly after-sales service. A big thank you to the team as I am sure a lot goes on in the background to not only select the right people but also the right processes.
